SummarySome 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a "Hill Start Assist Unavailable" and/or "Parking Brake Limited Function" message at vehicle start-up with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U0151, U023A, U0159, and/or U0146 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module. These DTCs and/or U0415 may also be present in various other modules related to "invalid data received from the ABS control module". This may be due to the software in the ABS module. To correct the condition, reprogram the ABS module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 2C219 and labor operation 2219D and 2219D44.

SummarySome 2024 F-Super Duty non-Tremor vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) may exhibit a slight rotational grinding noise from the front axle while driving in two-wheel drive (2WD). If the noise does not occur with the vehicle driven in 4WD, this may be due to the non-selectable right side hublock on the front axle. To correct the condition, replace the right front hublock with a selectable hublock, service part number PC3Z-3B396-A. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 307-07A. Vacuum lines with service base part numbers 3C125 and/or 3C124 may need to be installed if not present on the vehicle. Refer to the parts catalog. Vacuum line HC3Z-3C124-B may need to be ordered if the existing line does not extend to the right side wheel knuckle. Suspension modifications may contribute to the concern. Inspect the vehicle for aftermarket leveling or lift kits as well as aftermarket caster/camber adjusting sleeves. If any vehicle modifications are present, this is not a warrantable repair. Do not submit a claim. Use the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the OASIS report to submit a

SummaryVarious 2019-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with SYNC 3 may experience a partially or fully black center display screen at start-up using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This does not affect rear camera operation. This may be due to interference from the phone being connected into the media hub using a universal serial bus (USB) cable during SYNC system boot up. To correct his condition, advise the customer to disconnect the USB cable from the phone. If the center display screen displays normally, reconnect the phone. If the concern persists, disconnect the phone from the USB cable, cycle the ignition off and open the driver's door so the interior lights come on. Close the door, start the vehicle and wait for the center display screen to boot up past the start-up animation and display the home screen, then reconnect the phone using the USB cable. If the concern persists after this procedure, follow normal Workshop Manual diagnostics for a blank screen concern.

SummarySome 2023-2025 F-150 and F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with minor feature code B2DAC may exhibit an inoperative rear passenger window. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by clicking "Additional Information" under Vehicle Information or double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to an open diode in the window switch. To correct the condition, replace the window switch of the affected window. If the condition persists, continue with normal diagnostics outside of this article. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-11. For claiming, use causal part 14529 and labor operation 14529A of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

SummarySome 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles may display an error during replacement of the SCCM that contains the following message: "Reprogramming has failed, would you like to retry?". If this error is present, the SCCM will not complete PMI and may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) U2100 and/or U2101 in the SCCM. This may be due to a concern with the compatibility of the software with a hardware change in the SCCM. To correct the condition, download and run the "SCCM - Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) Configuration" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Inform customers that although the PMI is incomplete, there is no affect on vehicle performance. Customers can continue to drive the vehicle. To make sure the vehicle correctly receives the latest SCCM software, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in late Q3 2025. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the software becomes available.
