SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit misalignment of the 3rd row power folding seats when in the full upright position after performing a reset for an obstruction event. This may be due to the software in the power fold seat module (PFSM). This module may also be referenced as the seat control module J (SCMJ). Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q4 2026. If a vehicle comes in for this condition, instruct the customer that resetting the 3rd row power folding seats a second time will correct the condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.<br /><br /> The 3rd row power seat reset is performed with the following relearn procedure:<br /> 1. Start the vehicle and open the liftgate/tailgate.<br /> 2. Remove all items from the 2nd and 3rd row seats including any obstructions that can prevent from folding/unfolding.<br /> 3. SummarySome 2022 Navigator vehicles may exhibit a loss of driver seat adjustment functions after replacing the driver seat module (DSM). The accelerator and brake pedals may also move when actuating certain seat adjustment switches. This may be due to incorrect software being released into the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool at the time of the previous programmable module installation (PMI). The software has since been corrected on Ford servers. To correct the condition, perform Programmable Module Installation (PMI) on the DSM using the latest software level of the FDRS scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14C708 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

SummarySome 2022-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with minor feature codes DBCBB or DBCBC may exhibit various driver assistance feature warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Additionally, some modules may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) related to invalid data or lost communication. This condition may be due to the software in the image processing module A (IPMA). If the IPMA is currently failing to communicate, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Select and run the IPMA Recovery Flash Erase option from the menu. If the driver assistance warnings and/or symptoms are intermittent, and possibly not failing during the dealership visit, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" application in the FDRS scan tool. Select and run the GWM Ethernet Update option from the menu. If IPMA communication had to be restored using the recovery application, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module (IPMA) Alignment" application

SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 27-Jun-2025 may exhibit a condition where the door upper moulding(s) on any of the four doors contact and damage the paint located under the upper-most portion of the B-pillar applique(s). This may be due to a lack of buffer material between the moulding(s) and the door surface. Inform the customer that Ford is aware of the concern and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected to be announced by 30-June-2026. This concern does not affect vehicle durability and the customer can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule a service appointment for the customer once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2024-2026 Nautilus non-hybrid and 2025-2026 Aviator/Navigator vehicles equipped with 28 radio speakers (minor feature code IDBBN) may exhibit a no audio/sound condition with no communication with the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. Remove the DSP fuse from the battery junction box (BCMC) (F40 for Aviator, F5 for Navigator, F138 for Nautilus). Inspect the fuse for an open and ensure the fuse has proper blade contact. After one minute, reinstall the good fuse. If the concern is still present or a fuse concern is found, continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing. If communication has been re-established with the DSP module, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by Q2 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the DSP will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. For claiming, use causal part 18B849

SummarySome 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition/Navigator, Escape/Corsair, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang, Maverick vehicles equipped with a 1.5/2.0/2.3/3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on 01-Oct-2024 and through 31-May-2025 may exhibit an extended crank condition, strong fuel smell in the engine oil, high engine oil level and/or may have various drivability diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the high-pressure fuel pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the direct injection fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-04. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. Repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, if high-pressure fuel pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article.

SummaryFor 20172026 vehicles equipped with a 10R transmission, a revision to the Road Testing Vehicle procedure has been made in the WSM, located in Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing. This updated procedure improves the diagnosis of customer reported transmission concerns and aids in locating the proper root cause. During diagnosis and testing, details regarding whether the condition is more prevalent when the vehicle is hot or cold, throttle percentage at the time of occurrence, vehicle speed, the specific shift involved, and whether the issue occurs during transmission engagements (N>R, N>D, R>D, or D>R) should be noted. Engineering requests including these detailed operating conditions that will significantly assist with root cause analysis. Diagnosis, testing, and repair should use established labor times outside this article.
