2. Access Map Information: Select the "Map" button on the navigation head unit, then the "Map Options" icon, and finally "Map Data". Record the old map date and check the expiration date. If the expiration date is not visible on the head unit, log into TIS, go to "Service Lane – Vehicle One-View", input the VIN, select "Lookup", and then click the "Telematics tab" to record the subscriber's expiration date.
3. Record Map Update ID: Select "Legal Info" on the head unit and record the "Map update ID" (e.g., 1702-1716-1910-1266).
