To confirm a vehicle is built with a minor feature code EGPAF, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number in the upper left-hand corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to the rear axle drive pinion seal. To correct this condition, replace the rear axle drive pinion seal with revised part number NL3Z-4676-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-02. For claiming, use causal part number 4676 and labor operation 4676A.

Downshifting may continue, when safe entry conditions are met for each gear, and the IPC display will show the available gears counting down one by one as the vehicles' speed and engine rpm decreases. This may be due to a chafed wire harness in the SelectShift® +/- circuit.
