  Dealer is replacing electric compressors (EAC) when the PECPs are running after vehicle shutting down due to 12V drain in Wagoneer S and Charger. Replacing the compressor does not solve the problem, the solution is to replace the pump assembly that has the latest SW. Do not replace pn 68590054AB compressor assy. Replace pump assembly 68590015AC / 68590051AC.

  Security Gateway Module (SGW) Software Update Customers may experience one or more of the following: ● Connectivity services will not work - including WIFI setup, Alexa, live traffic etc. Level 2 Plus functionality also affected/not enabling. ● SGW not responding to diagnostic and showing offline. The following software enhancements are also available: ● Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U3033-00 - Control Module Security Certificate Missing/Invalid and U3033-01 - Control Module Security Certificate Missing/Invalid - General Electrical Failure are both active or stored and cannot clear. This DTC will not turn on the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL). ● If a Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) message appears specifically directing the customer to service OR repeated FOTA events are not being completed, then a manual flash is required for the SGW update. This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly flashing the SGW to the latest software level in the case that the FOTA did not function.

  Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) Replacement Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle may exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ● C10F8-00 - Left Front Wheel Hub Disconnect Actuator Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. ● C10F9-00 - Right Front Wheel Hub Disconnect Actuator Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. ● P061B-00 - Internal Control Module Torque Calculation Performance. Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ● wiTECH is unable to recognize and update the EVCU software. ● Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC), radio range and charge time estimations and messages are not correct. ● Battery range incorrect. ● Improved battery State of Charge (SoC) accuracy in off-nominal conditions. ● Battery heating values incorrect on radio when on Performance Pages display. ● Charging does not start when plugged in. ● Charging is not indicating when battery is at full charge. ● Charging slow or takes too long. ● Bumps and jerks while accelerating or decelerating. ● Wrench icon is illuminated on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). ● Turtle icon is illuminated on the IPC. ● Vehicle enters into limp home mode **This bulletin involves inspecting the EVCU part number label and possibly replacing the EVCU.**
