SCCM Internal failure that the dealer is calling an Air Bag Clock Spring failure. Safety Recall 33B and 14B already exist for my make and year of vehicle, but do not cover my VIN. The turn signal gets stuck leading to a hazard for the operator and those around.

SERVICE BRAKES, UNKNOWN OR OTHER, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
This recall notice, was first identified in September or October, with the Official Communication issued in November of 2024. How long am I, or anyone expected to endure the nuances of this recall. We are well beyond 6 months now with no remedy, and it does not appear as if RAM\Stellantis is concerned with a fix. They've sent a disclaimer notice, but what is the resolve to a vehicle I purchased and continue to make a monthly payment towards - but you are basically telling me don't drive. Alternatively, dealership service advisors call me every six weeks to come in for a diagnostic ( not free of course ) only to say well it is related to the HCU so there isn't anything we can do right now. When\If I drive my vehicle I have to listen to a buckle your seatbelt type of alarm the entire drive. Its not only mind numbing its traumatic. Will Stellantis or Ram be forced to compensate me money I've paid monthly for a vehicle I technically can't use or shouldn't use? My complaint is to determine when this problem will be fixed and what is the NHTSA is doing to ensure my rights are protected as a consumer and what they are doing to push this manufacturer to fix this safety related issue.

STEERING, WHEELS, SUSPENSION
We were traveling on a highway doing 70mph and the whole truck started to shake really badly. My husband could not steer the vehicle safely, nor could he brake without losing control. He had to slow down until the shaking stopped. When we got back on the road, the vehicle did the same thing three times. This is known issue with Dodge, yet they don't have a fix for it. They call it the "death rattle"

I powered on the truck. Upon ignition check engine light, along with ABS, 4WD, traction control came on. Lights for the forward collision and adaptive cruise control illuminated. ABS system in the truck is no longer functioning causing the brake pedal to pulsate and lose pressure. Dealer diagnosed the troubleshooting codes and determined the ABS and the HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit) need to be replaced.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The stereo malfunctioned on several occasions, I have taken it to the dealer and had a new stereo put in. My safety was at risk because the radio started jumping from station to station and calling people in my contact list. All of these increased concerns and my driving was impacted. This made it impossible to drive safely due to this issue. I had to pull over each time and disconnect my Bluetooth and unplug my phone for hands free driving. This issue caused a very unsafe and distracted event. Yes this has been confirmed. It has not been inspected by the police; this is a huge issue with these trucks there are several complaints that have been turned in. There were no warnings. The radio would work fine and then start going off on a tangent, there is no way to even turn off the radio to prevent this from happening. This needs to be covered by Dodge Ram, this issue is unsafe and could cause an accident.

TIRES
Nexen LT235/80R17 2 blow out's and one tire failure. factory installed tires. I have had 2 blowouts on the right front of my Ram 3500. I had discount tire unmount and re mount my spare on the blown-out tire wheel (for appearance purpose) so my spare is now another brand, the spare Nexen that replaced the blow out also blew out within ~2000 miles. I took the vehicle to Walts Live Oak Ram to inspect the vehicle for a cause of 2 tires blowing in the same position on the vehicle, they also checked the alignment and found nothing. yesterday [XXX] pulling a trailer to Jacksonville I noticed about 50 miles into the trip a slight shudder in the steering wheel and I pressed on. On the return trip the shudder in the steering was substantially profound and the driver side view mirror was bouncing up and down, the passenger side was not, and my hands were getting numb, I slowed to 50 from 70mph and continued, the shuddering eased but was clearly still there. today I took the truck to discount tire Lake city Fla. and asked them to replace the Nexen as I felt it was failing from looking at the tire and running my hand along the tread it didnt feel normal and the tire was hot compared to the passenger side. I asked discount to spin the Nexen on the balancer and they did, it confirmed the tire was failing and was unable to be balanced. the new tire cured the problem. the truck today clocked 37k miles to give you some perspective on mileage and primary use is for towing trailers, 42' 5th wheel, 16' box or flatbed trailer. Odometer Fraud. The contact's husband owns a 2016 Ram 3500. The contact stated that her husband was recently interested in trading in the vehicle. While on Facebook Marketplace, a person interested in vehicle requested a Carfax report of the vehicle. Upon obtaining the Carfax report, the contact discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 167,000; however, the Carfax report discovered that back in 2022, the vehicle mileage was 370,000.

POWER TRAIN
vehicle intermittently sets check engine light for code p0871 and causes truck to go into a limp mode and a 4th gear start only. I have notice online this issue going on for years on Ram trucks with no recall. The light will go off and store code but dealers will not address if light is not on. If truck set code with not at moment effect I could see, however what happens can occur during driving and feel it creates an unsafe condition.

On May 3, 2025, while driving my 2018 RAM 2500 with approximately 46,000 miles, the check engine light came on and the engine immediately experienced a significant loss of power. The vehicle entered a limp mode condition, drastically reducing speed and acceleration. I was forced to pull into a nearby business as the truck could not maintain safe highway speeds, creating a traffic hazard and contributing to congestion. The vehicle was diagnosed by a repair facility as having a failed turbo actuator, a critical component in regulating turbo boost and engine power delivery. After researching this issue, I have found numerous similar complaints and reports from other RAM truck owners on various owner forums and websites, indicating this may be a recurring and potentially widespread defect in these vehicles. Given that this failure occurred at relatively low mileage, caused a hazardous driving condition, and seems to be a commonly reported problem, I believe this issue warrants investigation by NHTSA for potential safety risks and manufacturer accountability. No injuries or property damage occurred, but the incident posed a significant safety risk to myself and other drivers.

The ABS brake system control module HCU is failing vehicle is available for inspection I’m not sure if the brace are going to work or not the traction control is affected. Vehicle is not safe to drive long distance. The vehicle has not been reproduced for a dealer or independent service center. It has not been inspected by the manufacturer or the police or the insurance representative or any other Agency? I was driving along when I got the notice on my dashboard. My ABS module was malfunctioning and then it quit malfunctioningand then it started malfunctioning again, right now it is back-and-forth at random. A call to the local dealer service rep said that the parts not available and they do not know when it will be. My concern is it safe to drive or not?

SERVICE BRAKES
At about 3,000 miles I noticed a periodical head light flicker and intermittent radio issues. Shortly after that the truck has presented with periodical brake issues. My front brakes parodically drag and get hot. Typically on one front side or the other. However on [XXX] my wife and I took the truck out for a drive and both front brakes began dragging and heated up. I had to be towed 40+ miles back home. Two of my neighbors can verify I've had issues with the brakes on multiple occasions for several years now. I've had to limp the truck home on several occasions while in town and in Feb. 2025 it put my wife and I in what a consider a dangerous situation by stranding us on the side of the highway. I don't remember any warning lamps coming on but I did a scan after I got the truck back home. B170-15, B210A-16, B222C, B2861-15, P2509 & P2560 were present. I used my scanner to delete the codes and reset the EMC but am a bit hesitant to take the truck out on the road. Note: The truck has experienced a weird and harsh vibration on back of truck as well. I stop, shut engine off - do a walk around but haven't been able to pinpoint anything. Crank engine back up and problem has seemingly resolved itself. I think it's possibly a brake issue as well. At present this truck has less than 11,000 miles on it. Yes, LOL, less than 11,000 miles. Calipers and pads are in excellent functioning order. Fluid is easily pushed back into reservoir with no restrictions and no apparent degradation of flexible lines. I considered the brake fluid might have moisture built up in the system so I had a complete fluid replacement done but problem has persisted.I did read there's a recall on the the HCU/ABS unit and my truck seems to be in that category but haven't received anything from FCA.
