SummarySome 2022-2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a condition where the intrusion alarm will activate without an external source. This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). Reprogramming or replacing the BCM may not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition expected by the end of Q2 2026. Inform the customer that the alarm can be disabled every time the ignition is cycled OFF. Refer to the Owner's Manual, "SETTING THE ALARM SECURITY LEVEL" (page 133). Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a condition where the volume is limited to 14 with a "MyKey volume limited" message in the SYNC screen. To resolve this concern, disconnect the vehicle's 12-volt battery cables for 10 minutes and reconnect. If a battery reset does not resolve this solution inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a customer's vehicle exhibits this concern, submit a Vehicle Concern Report. To submit a report, click on the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS Vehicle ID screen (vehicle identification number ÝVIN¨ required) and fill out the form. Include the article number of this message in the text of the form. Do not use the "Report A Problem" link to submit a report for this condition. For claiming, use causal part 10849 and labor operation 10654C.

SummarySome 2024 F-150/Escape/Corsair vehicles may exhibit no audio/no volume with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U1A00:87 stored in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). This may be due to the software in the front audio control module (ACM). To correct the condition, reprogram the ACM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). SummaryVarious 2020-2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.

SummaryFor 20212026 vehicles equipped with the 10R80 transmission, a new Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test has been introduced in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). This test utilizes the pressure and vacuum transducer (PVT) when available. When referred to a specific clutch (A-F) test by a pinpoint test in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing, the Clutch Assembly tests have been updated with a hyperlink to the new Transmission Line Pressure Test - Pressure Vacuum Transducer (PVT) Is Available procedure in WSM, Section 307-01 > General Procedures. This procedure provides instructions to perform the FDRS Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test when applicable. The new test improves the accuracy of detecting leaks within transmission fluid circuits and replaces the previous air check method. The previous air check procedure has been shown to produce a high rate of false positives, which may lead to unnecessary repairs when no actual leak is present. Accordingly, the air check procedure is not to be used for diagnosing internal transmission hydraulic leaks or as justification

SummarySome 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150 vehicles may exhibit a crackling noise from speakers during phone calls when using wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto. This may be due to wireless interference. To isolate the wireless interference as a possible cause, turn off the wireless projection application in SYNC Connectivity settings in the vehicle's center touch screen and connect the phone through universal serial bus (USB) cable. If the call quality issue through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is addressed, this confirms that wireless projection was the cause. Engineering is aware of this condition and working on a software solution expected at the end of Q4 2026. As a temporary solution, customers can connect their phones with a USB cable. Reprogramming or replacement of any modules will not correct the condition. Use the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the OASIS report to submit a vehicle concern report if the wireless projection is found to be the cause of the condition.
