The tubes running along the roof line according to my service report could not handle the heavy rain and was the resulted in a heavy stream of water inside my vehicle while driving. The water "backfilled" into the cabin through dome light just behind the sunglasses holder. Incident occurred on October 1, 2026 while I was driving with my two children in the vehicle. The incident was witnessed by the construction manager over seeing the construction of our home. There was so much rain inside the vehicle that it soaked my pants, my seat, the carpet, ran down the navigation screen into the cup holders and warped my dash. I wash my vehicle 2 to 3 times a week and have never had an issue with the roof leaking until driving in this storm. When I arrived home I lifted the t-top on the drivers side and there was no water in the weather stripping. I did take my vehicle to the dealer and was told this is a "common issue" with Broncos, for the tubing to wear out and that it and the electrical would be replaced. The dealer did not inspect the tubes or the electrical components in the over head compartment. They reported that several trips through the car wash did not result in a leak and that the tubes "may have been too much water for drain tubes to keep up and it over flowed into the cab." I had limited visibility with a faucet style stream of water pouring into my lap a I drove. I am concerned the wet electrical components will cause a fire.

The contact owns a 2025 Ford Bronco. The contact received recall service at the local dealer under NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V468000 (Engine, Electrical System). The contact's daughter drove the vehicle to the residence and parked it inside the garage. The contact's daughter heard a noise coming from the garage, investigated, and discovered the engine had erroneously activated and was running. At the time of discovery, the keys were hanging on the wall, and the mobile phone was charging, unused. The contact indicated that the failure created a severe carbon monoxide poisoning hazard. The vehicle was returned to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 13,192.

Instrument Cluster screen blank on start up so vehicle does not show Speedometer, gear selection, RPM, fuel gauge, lane keeping selection, and adaptive cruise control selection/engagement. Vehicle however would start up and remain drivable. Instrument cluster screen return to its normal state of his morning after leaving vehicle turned off overnight. This occurred on one other occasion back in May 2026 shortly after purchasing the vehicle. This was only this second instance of this happening since receiving the vehicle in May 2026. I have attached a picture showing both instances. I believe there where previous Bronco models recalled for a similar issue, but don’t believe my model/VIN was included in that recall.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks to flat tow behind my motorhome. Ford dealership in [XXX] said the Bronco can be flat towed and I reviewed the owners [XXX] , regarding flat towing, with the dealership prior to purchase. I went to a reputable hitch installer to add a demco/Air Force one braking system. We went on a 3 month trip out west and followed the directions in the Ford owners [XXX] to flat towing. Unfortunately while being towed the car came out of neutral tow 3 times while and there is no warning system to alert us when this happens. It cannot be felt or detected in our 44 ft coach. Luckily kind strangers saw our rear tires dragging and smoking and signaled to us. The last time we were on I55 near [XXX]. This was quite frightening as this could have easily turned into an accident for us and others on the road. I was able to drive a nearby Ford dealership who assessed the damage. We were lucky that only the rear tires were badly damaged and Ford replaced them for free. It was only at this time that we learned Ford sends out bulletins to dealerships re: updates. Per the dealership a bulletin was sent out in March 2026 stating that fuses 28 and 29 needed to be pulled. I asked why owners do not receive these updates and the dealer did not know. So thereafter we pulled the two fuses and waited 5 min for the Bronco to go in sleep mode. Even after all this, the Bronco would come out of sleep mode at times (2x) while being towed. For our safety and others on the road, we stopped flat towing the Bronco and my husband drove the coach and I drove the Bronco back to our home in [XXX]. Ford does not have a consistent fix for this issue and it scares me that there will be a horrific accident at some point. We tried to tell Ford of this issue and looked into a buy back or lemon law;however, Ford denied any problems( but they did replace our rear tires for free).
