SummaryINFOTAINMENT CONTROL UNIT REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing an AV Control Unit (Infotainment Control Unit), for any reason, all three steps below are required. If all three steps are not completed on vehicles equipped with a TCU, the Over The Air (OTA) updates will not work, and other functions may be inoperative. HINT: Not all APPLIED VEHICLES are OTA-update capable. 1. Reprogram the AV control unit. 2. Configure the AV control unit. 3. Write the VIN to the AV control unit. IMPORTANT: Steps 1-3 above must be performed in the sequential order shown below.

This commitment requires Nissan to periodically place certain vehicles on temporary Quality Assurance (QA) Hold to ensure that these vehicles, as delivered to our customers, meet our exacting standards and our customersâ expectations. Effective immediately, Nissan is placing a temporary Quality Assurance Hold on 32 specific 2023 Nissan Rogue vehicles identified in Service Comm due to an investigation of a rear seatbelt concern. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. *****What Dealers Should Do***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality hold using Service Comm or DBS National Service History â Open Campaigns I.D. PC936 ⢠New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). ï§ Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information ⢠Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for QA Hold applicability. 2. Please do not drive, loan, rent, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this quality hold. 3. Nissan is currently investigating a rear seatbelt concern. SummaryDRIVE SHAFT BOOT SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION If a Drive Shaft (Axle Shaft) Boot on an APPLIED VEHICLE is found to be leaking grease, AND There is no abnormal noise or obvious CV Joint risk due to water intrusion and/or complete grease loss, check for REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) availability. ï· If there is a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, do NOT replace the axle. Install a new boot kit following the procedure in the ESM. o Refer to the ESM: TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE > FRONT AXLE > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > FRONT DRIVE SHAFT BOOT o If the complete axle (drive shaft) is replaced when only a new boot is required, the over-repair may be charged back to the dealer. ï· If there is NOT a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, refer to the ESM for further diagnostic information. IMPORTANT: When servicing vehicles with staked axle nuts, refer to NTB21-013 to prevent Drive Shaft thread damage.

Summary3G TELEMATICS HARDWARE DEACTIVATION SERVICE INFORMATION The APPLIED VEHICLES that come equipped with a factory installed SOS switch, located near the overhead map lamp, also come equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). AT&T discontinued its U.S. 3G network coverage on February 22, 2022. As a result, automakers that utilize AT&Tâs 3G network connection, including Nissan Group, have had connectivity services affected. NissanConnect® Services are no longer available on the APPLIED VEHICLES listed above.

SummaryLANE CAMERA OVER TEMPERATURE DTC STORED SERVICE INFORMATION The Lane Camera can become overheated if the interior room temperature or temperature around the camera becomes excessively high, and does not initially indicate a sustained fault. If overheated, the Lane Camera should be cooled to outside ambient temperature, any stored DTCs erased, and then allowed to resume operation. Refer to the ESM for any DTCs that will not erase. This condition may cause the following system functions to be suspended: ï· Vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode (ICC - Intelligent Cruise Control) ï· Conventional (fixed speed) cruise control mode ï· Steering wheel assistance function ï· AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) ï· LDW (Lane Departure Warning) ï· I-LI (Intelligent Lane Intervention) ï· Blind Spot Intervention ï· TSR (Traffic Sign Recognition) AND Can store one or more of the following DTCs as PAST or CURRENT: ï· C2501-4B (Front camera unit) ï· C1F05-4B (Front camera unit) ï· C1F6B-4B (Front camera unit) For customer information, see Talk Tip "Customer" statement on page 3.
