Level 2 Charger for my vehicle. Purchased a Juicebox 32 Enel X Way and the company decided to cease operation in North America. Now I have equipment I paid $579 for that is inoperable and still under the supposed warranty. I have been referred to Voltie Group by Enel X Way which informed me they took over customer assistance but they have not returned any email or voicemail messages. After doing some research I read that I should submit a complaint with the NHTSA because there is possibly an open investigation regarding this situation. I have not had a fire as some others apparently have but my research also showed multiple issues regarding the safety of the units. I'm hoping you might be able to advise me on what my options are...

My husband was turning left from one highway to another highway when a car who was trying to pass multiple vehicles behind us hit us on drivers side as we were turning causing my 2021 Jeep to be pushed completely off the road and into a ditch where we hit a large pole/electrical pole. We hit the pole so hard that it moved it. Our air bags did not deploy at all. I got a notification on my Jeep app stating that there was airbag failure. My husband and my body were shook pretty bad from the incident and could have been seriously injured due to the impact. Our Jeep was towed to the body shop and they stated the gentleman working there told my husband that our airbags should have deployed.

The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving 30 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle failed to restart. The contact called AAA and was informed that the battery was being drained by an unknown electrical fault. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the valve cover and steering module timing cover needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer added an extended warranty. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The manufacturer informed the contact that the vehicle was an import from Canada, and there was no warranty coverage on the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.

We were flat towing our Jeep Wrangler behind our RV using a new Blue Ox Avail tow bar and the right-side tow arm failed. Once the tow bar failed it was difficult to keep the Jeep within the lane behind the RV until we could find a safe place to exit the interstate and unhook. Blue Ox sent us a replacement Avail tow bar since it was under warranty, and the exact same thing happened on the first trip with the brand new replacement. The right-side tow arm failed traveling down the interstate. Two failures with two brand new units….Blue Ox Avail tow bar.

On August 4, 2025, while being operated in an ordinary and careful manner, the newly-purchased vehicle experienced an episode of sudden unintended acceleration, lurching forward uncontrollably and slamming into a tree. Then, as the driver attempted to back up, the vehicle charged forward and struck the tree again. The vehicle's driver airbag never deployed despite sustaining two head-on collisions which ultimately rendered the vehicle a total loss. The vehicle's manufacturer hired an "independent" inspector to inspect the vehicle. They found "no manufacturing defects" and blamed "human error" for the incident.

All four Nexen tires failed within 16,500 miles during normal use on dirt and paved roads. I have submitted claims to Nexen for four ties on my vehicle which wore to less than 2/32” tread in less than 17,000 miles creating unsafe conditions and one slow leak. Nexen has denied all claims for redress .

Tire wore to 2/32” in less than 17,000 miles. Belt wires showing from the sidewalls. Submitted a claim to Nexen and they cited excessive off-road use and overinflation as the cause. Neither of these is true. This vehicle has only been used for rural mail delivery on paved or dirt roads Claim denied

I rented a Jeep Wrangler from Enterprise in Kingston, NY. While driving on the highway, my 12-year-old daughter pulled a lever in the passenger seat, and the roof panel detached and flew onto the road. There were no warnings, no instructions, and no disclosure from Enterprise. This posed an extreme danger to drivers. This vehicle design and rental practice presents a major public safety risk. My 2021 Jeep wrangler (VIN: [XXX] ) experienced an instrument cluster failure. I took the jeep to the local Jeep dealer for maintenance and verified the instrument cluster (IC) needs to be replaced. This issue is present for other 2021 Jeep wranglers (same make/model) and there is an active recall for them (NHTSA ID: 21V949000). However, my Jeep is not currently listed under the recall but has the same exact issue and requires IC replacement. The component that failed was the steering damper. This results in the vehicle violently shaking at freeway speeds after hitting a bump. This has resulted in me having to pull over to get the issue to stop on multiple occasions. In addition, it can be difficult to keep control of the vehicle when this is happening and there is no set way to make it stop once it has begun. It is unpredictable, as it happens sometimes and does not others. One big danger is that it occurs most often when traveling at higher speeds. The vehicle is currently at the dealership getting fixed for the same issue. This is the 5th time that it has been taken in for the same issue. The component has failed 4 times since I got the car 3 years ago. I have taken the car to the dealership 5 times for the same issue. The first time I brought the car in for the issue, they replaced several parts, but not the steering damper. Within a month I brought the car back in for the same issue. Each time since then, they have replaced the steering damper along with other parts (Invoices will be attached to this report with part names and numbers). Each time the vehicle was taken in to the dealership, the mechanics were able to reproduce the issue. This is documented on each invoice I received. No warning lamps, messages, or any other warning signs were present prior to the issue occurring. The issue first occurred in February of 2023 (10 months after purchasing the car new). It was taken to the dealership for the first time on February 10, 2023. It was brought in for the repeated issue on March 9, 2023, March 18, 2024, March 14, 2025, and most recently on September 23, 2025.

Car shut down on [XXX] and would not start. Indicated problem with charging system. Vehicle is currently in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico. Towed car to local Jeep dealer. Car had outstanding recall (ZB7 2021-2023 JL 4XE Loss of Motive Power). Dealer diagnosed issues as a failure of the battery, so that was replaced, along with software updates to address the recalls. We had to pay over $900 out of pocket for these repairs, and it stayed with the dealer for 3.5 weeks. Two days later the vehicle is again failing with the same issues and will not start. It began with the check engine light coming on, then A/C stopped cooling, then the car only would stay in hybrid mode, and the transmission was revving. After stopping the car and shutting it off it will not restart. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

While driving to an appointment on 11 August 2025 the yellow CEL light came on and the Jeep Wrangler 4xe stopped operating in hybrid mode. A few miles later the Jeep went into limp mode with a red turtle, red wrench, and red battery light. Pulled into the left center turn lane to allow faster traffic to pass and then made a left turn off of a busy 4-lane highway. I then proceeded down the hill and at the next traffic light I was turning right when the Jeep stopped and the gas engine completely shut down and the Jeep stopped moving halfway through the intersection. Putting the vehicle in park, I attempted to restart the vehicle while it sat in the middle of the intersection but it wouldn’t restart. I then turned on my flashers and exited the vehicle so I could call a tow truck. After the vehicle was towed to the nearest Jeep dealership I learned two days later that the hybrid battery pack had failed and it needed to be replaced. As of 18 September and the vehicle is still at the dealership awaiting authorization from the Jeep engineering team so the technician at the dealership can order a special part!

Sudden loss of power. We experienced a sudden loss of engine power. The vehical is currently at a dealership for repairs. We have been informed this is a known issue and a service bulletin has been issued. We are shocked that we were not notified. We were on I75 and had the traffic not been light it is very possible we would not have been able to maneuver out of the way of other vehicals. This is not like a rattle or minor malfunction. The engine suddenly and without warning quit producing power. Adress this now before drivers are killed or injured.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, VIN [XXX] , Recall P0DAB-00 (Hybrid/EV Cell Balancing Performance Case #[XXX], Jeep corporate case manager Tiona. On 8/11/25, I brought my vehicle to Freeland Jeep, Antioch, TN for a separate issue and requested inspection for the open EV battery recall. The dealership gave a “green flag,” confirming no recall impact. On [XXX], the check engine light came on and the vehicle drove unsafely. On [XXX], the exact recall issue (P0DAB-00) was diagnosed — the same issue we asked to be inspected. Approval for hybrid battery replacement was granted; part was ordered for 9/3 with repair by 9/5 — repair never occurred. Service advisor Brian Astorga claimed the part “cannot be located.” Calls/emails to service manager David Beasley and case manager Tiona are unanswered. The timing is highly suspicious: the vehicle failed immediately after the “all clear” inspection, suggesting potential negligence or miscommunication. We are now more than 1 month without a vehicle, which is unsafe and unacceptable. AND we even had to argue with Jeep to cover a rental! Requested Action: Require Jeep to complete the recall repair immediately or initiate a full buyback. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
