POWER TRAIN
When pulling onto the interstate on ramp (45 mph) the truck attempted to shift up when all transmission power failed. The engine ran fine, just no power. I was able to safely pull to the shoulder and park . s Shifting from drive to neutral to park and back to drive still did not resolve the issue. I put the truck in park and shut off the engine . The transmission fluid temp, color and level was ok. I restarted the truck and shifted to reverse with no problem then to neutral and drive. It felt that the transmission engaged and I slowly crept forward. I slowly accelerated and was able to resume speed. No subsequent loss of power has been encountered, BUT the truck now has slippage from 1st to 2nd gear and occasionally 3rd. Had I been on the interstate this has a potential for serious accident incident. This is the first time this has happened. I had bought the truck used and certified from the dealer in Pennsylvania. There is currently 28k miles on the truck. There were and still no warning or codes to indicate a problem This occurred [XXX] 2024. No dealer, tech or shop has looked at this issue. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:POWER ASSIST:ELECTRIC:CONTROL MODULE
The contact owns a 2018 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the "ABS System Fault” message was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed failures with the ABS control module and ABS pump. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred 7-months later. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and was diagnosed with ABS control module and ABS pump failures. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and it was determined that the ABS control module and ABS pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 9,000.

Bought from a dealership a couple months ago (JAN 2024). Immediately started blinking electronic ABS error. Took in to get serviced, and now maintenance department is stating a replacement HCU and additional service will cost around $3.5k on a vehicle that has around 68k miles.

The contact owns a 2024 Ram 3500 equipped with Nexen Tires, Tire Line: Roadian HTX RH5, Tire Size: LT235/80/R17, DOT Number: 8EX6CMFR2223. The contact stated while driving approximately 65-70 MPH, the contact heard an abnormal sound and felt the steering wheel vibrate. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and noticed that the front passenger's side tire had a blowout. The contact stated that there was no impact to the tire that could have caused a blowout. Additionally, the TPMS failed to alert the contact of the failure. The contact replaced the front passenger's side tire with the spare tire. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the TPMS failed to illuminate because the failure occurred unexpectedly. The spare front passenger's side tire was replaced with a new tire; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The tire manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle manufacturer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the failure was related to the tire. The tire failure mileage was 700. The VIN was not provided.

death wobble incident in my Ram 3500. Incident occurred while pulling a 35' foot Living Quarters horse trailer weighing over 26,000 pounds on the interstate. Have major vibration, shaking, and thumping sound in truck which gets worse the faster I accelerate. Chrysler needs to issue a recall on this issue get it resolved. SERVICE BRAKES
The Anti-lock Braking System module and the Hydraulic Control Unit originally equipped on 2018 Dodge Ram 3500. Vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Problem has been identified in 2020 by dealership upon delivery when issue first presented itself, and fixed by dealership. Issue came back in January 2023. I took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and the module was sent to have fixed. When the part was sent back after repair, the problem wasn't fixed. There were no known issues prior to the failure.

ABS warning lights lights keeps intermitting keeps going on and off. The ABS light and traction control lights flashes on and off, speed control goes off as well as a bell alarm. Had the ABS pump replaced under warranty at 22000 miles and now at 59000 mile same issues.

SERVICE BRAKES
The ABS warning light illuminates, and warning chimes continually go off as I drive. I've been literally waiting years for a fix (since 2020). The dealer says the parts are unavailable. In the meantime, I intermittently have no ABS, cruise control, or trailer brakes. This is concerning because I tow a heavy trailer. It is very easy to lose control if you're not careful.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

SERVICE BRAKES
The ABS systems constantly shuts down, causing the Traction Control system to shut down. When I recently went on a trip towing my trailer I needed to stop on a downhill wet incline. When I first applied the brakes the system was working properly but failed during my stop and it caused a significant steering issue as I had to now react differently. This is a safety concern and RAM knows about it. I am paying for a vehicle that is unsafe to drive in less than perfect conditions. Very dissatisfied with RAM

The ABS System has failed twice since i have owned this vehicle. The first time on [XXX] 2022. I brought the vehicle in for repair at Victory Ram in Shallotte, NC. They replaced the ABS Module and it failed again in January of 2024. This part is not available now so I must wait for a new part to be designed. I am driving this vehicle with a malfunctioning ABS System. I believe this should be a recall as it is a safety hazard and an expensive repair that the consumer should not be responsible for. ABS failure light started coming on along with service electronic brake system. Dealer shows I believe code 0020 which is the ABS/HUC pump failure. Dealer says seeing it quite often, hard to get parts as each part is allocated and tested before leaving. So I either stop driving it and wait for parts which seems to be a known issue or keep driving and hope for the best while the engineers try to figure out what is going on. Currently it is sitting at the dealer as they try to get the part before we leave on a trip at the end of the month.

The contact stated that while an employee was driving at approximately 35 MPH, the steering wheel became inoperable, the vehicle went off-road and crashed into a tree, swiping the passenger's side mirror, the front passenger's hubcap, and the bed of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the workplace. There was no police report filed. The contact stated that the employee had a bruise on the right arm and a small cut on the right cheek. The dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 146,927.

SERVICE BRAKES, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
ABS,brake system came on first time on or about july 8th or so,in bad weather, hard rain had to come to sudden stop and lost control wheels locked up. But no harm done just nerves Dealer said bad control unit antilock brake system and replaced hydraulic brake part at 18386 miles, all good since. now its back same thing now there is 32210 miles on truck and same thing now ,abs brake system. Trackion control They said internal failure of unit the first time . Now we have to start all over again with the risk of braking safety at 32210 miles on Ram
