There is an odd engine 'rattling', 'guzzling', 'slurping', type noise coming from the engine and the engine has begun to idle very rough even after fresh oil change. This is directly the issue cited from Nissan as recall with no current solution - which is unacceptable. We are not interested in waiting until the car malfunctions worse and in a dangerous way in order to get this recall addressed.

My auctuators door locks have failed numerous times. The passenger rear was replaced when the vehicle was still under warranty. In the last 6 months the front drivers side, and passenger side has failed. Nissan does not have a recall on these and should! My car only has 32,000 miles on it. There obviously is an issue that needs to be addressed with a recall.

The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V437000 (Engine and Engine Cooling). However, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that while driving at 45 MPH, the vehicle went into LIMP Mode. The message engine malfunction was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact pulled over to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed that the valve body had failed. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while driving at 65 MPH, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended while depressing the accelerator pedal. In addition, the vehicle stalled. The contact was able to coast to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the heat oil indicator had overheated. The vehicle was repaired. Most recently, while driving at 25 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact drove to the residence. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with solenoid failure. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost and parts availability. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

I took my Rogue to the dealership at City Limits Nissan on Monday 10/6/25 as it had power issues and the engine light came on stating 'Engine Malfunction Power reduce Service now' I then called NHTSA and filed a complaint about a recall for my Nissan Rogue that Nissan has yet to have a remedy. I got the car back on Tuesday afternoon 10/7/25 and they said it did not have to do with the recall. I drove the car straight home. I went to work the next morning and as I was pulling into a parking spot in parking garage, all of the sudden, I was crashed into the wall at a high rate of speed. I am extremely concerned that this may have been a malfunction with the Nissan Rogue as this occurred less then 24 hours after it was serviced. My car was totaled and the damage looks like it hit at 30 mph or more which is extremely alarming as I was slowing coming into the parking spot. I don't know exactly what happened however if there have been any issues with Nissans and sudden acceleration, I feel this needs to be investigated. My Rogue is a 2022 and had to have the engine replaced in early 2024. Nissan could not give any explanation as to why. My car has been taken to a salvage yard and I am concerned that if there was and issue, any evidence of an issued could be destroyed. Had there not been heavy duty cables, I could have gone further through the parking garage wall and fallen 3 stories.

The car had been garaged since Thursday evening and all day Friday. Used it Saturday morning to drive 5 miles, went into my location and when i came out 2 hours later, the rear window on the liftgate was crumbled. Nothing impacted it to cause this. Just shattered on it's own. Temperature was 62 F.

I rented a 2024 Nissan Rouge from Enterprise. When it was picked up the only noticeable damage was on the driver side back wheel well where the trim piece appeared to be loose and there was a scuff on the finish. On [XXX] around [XXX] a business peer and I were just leaving Rosen Supply in Woodinville, WA. We were in the 2 front seats; car had not yet been turned on, and we were discussing our next business stop. While adding in the address to our phone GPS the back window imploded with no warnings, leaving 2 holes on the side of the window (have photos). In the moment we thought we had been shot at or someone had thrown a rock at the car. No one was around. Then a second implosion happened, and it shot glass out about 3 feet from the car into the parking lot and into the back of the car. This is when all of the glass fell out. Two people from inside of the building heard the explosions and came out to help us. They provided tools to clean up the glass in the parking lot. This was a very traumatic event and caused my peer to have heart palpitations and other concerns. Had I known this was something that could happen I would have chosen a different vehicle to rent. See attached document for complaint. Please be advised that I received a safety recall notice relative to my leased 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum involving a manufacturing defect affecting the engine bearings and/or engine components. Bearings and crankshaft are prone to failure, which can result in catastrophic engine damage with little or no warning. I appreciate that Nissan is going to address this issue, as this issue will increase the risk of a crash . The NHTSA RECALL 25V-437 affects my car. The Vin number is [XXX] . My account number with Nissan is XXXXXXXXXXX·. Since I received this notice, and was scheduled for an oil and filter change, I took my Nissan to Maus Nissan located in Tampa, Florida. I was told that the parts relative to the recall were not in. Since I was going to drive to Miami, Florida and considered the vehicle unsafe to drive from Tampa to Miami I contacted Nissan about a rental vehicle. I was told no, to drive the vehicle and if a problem happened to pull over and take the car to the nearest Nissan Dealer. I rented a vehicle from National Car Rental and have attached a copy of the rental receipt. The amount was $261.66. I respectfully request that Nissan North America reimburse said amount.
