SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the driver door module (DDM) and/or passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the symptom remains, refer to WSM, Section 501-11 for normal diagnostics outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part number 14B291 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.

SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may experience a whistle/humming noise while driving in hot climates and at speeds above 60 mph (96 km/h). This noise can originate from the right side of the instrument panel when the air conditioning (A/C) system is ON, recirculation mode ON, and the noise intensity may increase as the blower speed is increased. Inform the customers Ford is aware of the concern and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected to be published by 30-Sep-2025. This concern does not affect vehicle durability and customers can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule a service appointment for customers once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2021-2024 F-150 vehicles equipped with a B&O audio system (minor feature code IDBBQ), and various 2021-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with a B&O audio system may exhibit a pop noise and/or static in the speakers at start up that cannot be turned down or off using the audio system controls. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner on Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to software in the digital signal processing (DSP) module. To correct this condition, reprogram the DSP module to the latest software level using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18B849 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

SummaryThis bulletin supersedes TSB 25-2131 to add reprogram for later level software, new Steps 1-4 in Service Procedure. Updated Part List with 3 superseded part numbers. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * Harsh engagement * Delayed engagement * Harsh shift * Delayed shift * Illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0751, P0752, P0756, P0757, P0761, P0762, P0766, P0767, P0771, P0772, P2700, P2701, P2702, P2703, P2704, P2705, P2707, P2708, P0729, P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0735, P0736, P076F, P07D9, P07F6 and/or P07F7 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM). This may be due to PCM software and/or axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve causing hydraulic circuit leaks. NOTE: If internal transmission service is required to address a concern detected with the CDF clutch cylinder following this article, technicians should carefully inspect, replace other transmission components and flush transmission fluid cooler only as necessary

SummarySome 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition/Navigator, Escape/Corsair, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang, Maverick vehicles equipped with a 1.5/2.0/2.3/3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on 01-Oct-2024 and through 31-May-2025 may exhibit an extended crank condition, strong fuel smell in the engine oil, high engine oil level and may have various drivability diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the fuel injection pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the high pressure fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in the Workshop Manual, Section 303-04A. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. For claiming, if fuel injection pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article. Note: Components damaged as a result of this failure mode

SummarySome 2025 Expedition vehicles may require replacement of the rear license plate bulb. During any service in this area such as lamp or bulb replacement, it may be difficult to remove the bulb from its socket. To aid in removal, wrap the rear license plate bulb with a broad piece of strong adhesive tape. Leave extra tape hanging to the side of the bulb to provide more areas to grasp, then carefully separate the bulb from its socket.

SummaryVarious 2019-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with SYNC 3 may experience a partially or fully black center display screen at start-up using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This does not affect rear camera operation. This may be due to interference from the phone being connected into the media hub using a universal serial bus (USB) cable during SYNC system boot up. To correct his condition, advise the customer to disconnect the USB cable from the phone. If the center display screen displays normally, reconnect the phone. If the concern persists, disconnect the phone from the USB cable, cycle the ignition off and open the driver's door so the interior lights come on. Close the door, start the vehicle and wait for the center display screen to boot up past the start-up animation and display the home screen, then reconnect the phone using the USB cable. If the concern persists after this procedure, follow normal Workshop Manual diagnostics for a blank screen concern.
