RA3 RA4 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and updating the radio software, if required. A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions. ? Navigation display enhancement. ? Enables Via Mobile software features when released to consumers. ? Able to adjust audio balance / fade settings during a VR session. ? Correct, condition where user could not exit screen off mode. ? Mute button status was not being displayed correctly. ? Presets where not shown correctly or were deleted. ? Enhancements to POI. ? ParkSense tone continuously on. ? Enhancement to navigation routing. ? Radio display may shows ?Please insert USB Stick?. ? Enhancement made when video is display in radio when using PAL format video disks. ? Corrected the temperature slider bar not updating on Manual Temperature Control vehicles. ? Flash: Front Defrost Button Does Not Respond At Times This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the HVAC control module with new software. Customers may experience a situation where the touch screen climate controls may ignore the first press of the front defrost button if it is the first climate button pressed after ignition ON. The second press of the front defrost button works correctly. If another climate button is pressed prior to the front defrost button, then the control will respond as desired.

Flash: Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Illumination. Includes Various Driveability Improvements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes have been set: ? P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire NOTE: The P0300 improvement only applies to vehicles using a block heater in ambient temperatures greater than -20°F(-29°C). ? P2008 - Short Runner Valve (SRV) Control Circuit ? P1004 - Short Runner Valve Control Performance ? P2016 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor Circuit Low ? P2017 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor Circuit High ? P0456 - Evap System Small Leak Customers may also experience any of the following conditions (applies only to vehicles equipped with a CNG engine): ? Excess gasoline mode operation under normal operating conditions (switching to gasoline mode too often) ? Slight hesitation on initial acceleration when starting in gasoline mode ? Engine speed fluctuation on first gasoline to CNG mode transition under extremely low ambient temps
