Rear window across back of cab shattered for no apparent reason while traveling down the road. Contacted dealership and ford warranty and they said this was not a warranty issue. The truck only has 13,000 miles. I feel this is a defective product .

This is what happen Thursday Night to my Truck sitting in my drive way. My entire wiring harness on the drivers side was under water.. I drove it to the dealership and it was still pouring water from the rear plugs. I have rubber floor mats and wouldn't have even noticed the issue if I didn't pull them to clean the truck. There are tons of truck having this issue. to fix it properly the bed has to be taken off the truck. The insurance company's total cars for electrical being covered in water. This is a recall issue Ford Surly needs to address and fix. Go look at this video fast forward to the 4 minute mark. https://youtu.be/9azod47j8KM

Both Woodruff keys have fallen out of the windshield wiper arms where they attach to the wiper linkage. Without the Woodruff keys in place during operation, the windshield wipers easily detach from the wiper linkage. This causes an immediate loss of visibility and dramatically increases the likelihood of an accident or possibly a fatality involving both the driver & any passengers in the vehicle, and also endangers surrounding vehicles as well. Ford has known about the issue since early 2022 and a recall notice was sent out in early 2022 as well. Now that 2023 is upon us, Ford has done nothing to repair the vehicles as part of this recall. How many deaths does it take for the NHSTA to enforce manufacturer recall repairs within acceptable timelines ?

While driving on State highway 59, a small bump in the road sent the truck into a violent shake where I almost lost control of the vehicle. This violent shake is and can be life threatening to my family and I, as well as nearby others. Now Ford is charging me for fixing the life-threatening defect. It does not seem right that Ford by their defect threaten my family life with a year-old car and I have to pay for the fix.

The dash light says " trailer not connected when the trailer is connected. When using the sponge brake inside for the electric trailer bracks. It comes up saying trailer wiring fault. The trailer has been to a shop to ensure the wiring and plug end are good. Other trailers have the same issue when hooked to this truck.

On 11/1/2022 I was exiting the freeway at approximately 60 mph. When I went over the seam between the exit ramp and the service ramp the truck started shaking violently (also known as the "Death Wobble"). I immediately hit the brakes and slowed the vehicle to 30 mph and the shaking stopped. This issue is widely reported all over discussion boards on the internet and I cannot believe you haven't required Ford to fix this.

While Driving down the highway at ~75 MPH, the highway had a bit of a bumpy patch and when the truck went over this bumpy section of road the steering wheel started to wobble horribly and uncontrollably. It felt like a harmonic imbalance in the front end and continued until slowing down and pulling over. This is a very dangerous situation when this problem occurs- the vehicle cannot be effectively controlled. When I returned home I researched this condition and come to find out this issue is well known as the "F250 Death Wobble". We should all be ashamed that a car company was allowed to ignore this and not issue a recall. They know exactly what the issue is and chose not to fix it. I'm sure the bean counters at Ford figured that the number of deaths caused by this issue and paying the ensuing lawsuits was more cost effective than fixing the issue via a recall. It's really sad that Ford is getting away with this. Help the people. Thank you. [XXX] INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

I bought this truck used with 20K miles on it, after only two days of driving it. I was in the credit union parking lot, started it up, foot on the brake, put the truck in drive and it Leaped Forward. I had to jump harder on the break to stop the motion. I almost hit the truck crossing in front of me. If he was heading the other direction and closer to me, I would have easily hit him. This morning 28 Oct 2022, I stopped at the gas station and filled up and the same thing happened when leaving the station, but no one else was around.

I have experienced the “death wobble” on (5) different occasions driving on highways and/interstate roads. I have contacted a Ford dealership and been told that they have not heard of this happening with the 2021 vehicles. I had to take it to an automotive mechanic shop to ask them and they said that they have numerous customer complaints of exact death wobble incident. No visible and obvious looseness in any ball joint was found today when placed on repair rack. This same issue was present in a 2017 f250 that Ford finally enacted a recall for repairs in years past. This is a horrible problem. It is definitely a problem. Why would Ford be allowed to not correct this problem prior to major injury or deaths occur. This is an absolute disgrace. I spent $50 at a mechanic shop today and just placed an order with Superlift Suspensions in West Monroe, LA for a, recently designed, dual steering stabilizer for $325 in an attempt to not die at the wheel due to loss of control while driving. Additional expense will be incurred to have said steering stabilizer installing hopes of avoiding a major accident at legal rates of speed. PLEASE require that Ford Motor Company correct this problem. It is ridiculous to have to spend money and time away from work on an issue that is without a doubt, obvious and real. It was a problem with past Ford F250 trucks such as my 2017. It is a problem as well in the 2021 F250 trucks and for Ford to not acknowledge this is unacceptable.

- #11489527October 17, 2022UNKNOWN OR OTHER, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INTEGRATED TRAILER BRAKE CONTROL, SERVICE BRAKES
When towing a trailer, the Trailer brakes stop working. the brakes, using the pedal and lights all work perfectly on truck and trailer. But if you squeeze the brake control paddles, you immediately get a trailer disconnected message and although all lights still work, the brake controller does NOT. Then sometimes, just driving and perhaps stopping at a gas station, the trailer brakes also stop working and you don't realize until going down a hill. This has happened multiple times. I start out just fine and then ?
