The contact stated that similar model year vehicles were recalled for the transmission failure; however, the VIN was not included in a powertrain recall. The failure was a recurring failure. I have ALL lights on in the dashboard. I had 2 diagnostic checks. one from Byerly Ford and the other from Jeff Wyler in Louisville, KY. Byerly says RF wheel speed sensor C1103. I had it done by someone else, and they said LF sensor C1104. Got both done by the same person still ABS, Skid icon, Warning, Brake Icon. Second diagnostic check done by Jeff Wyler which is closer to my home. Still All lights on AFTER DIAGNOSTIC CHECK, can't drive because it stays on. I'm afraid it may lock up and crash me. I have spent $150 to Byerly for diagnostic [XXX] TRAN JOHNSON INVOICE#[XXX] I have spent $160, 555, with daughters' mechanic ALONZO [XX] INVOICE #[XXX] I have spent $216 to Jeff Wyler's for diagnostic. [XXX] [XXX] REBECCA ZUKANOVIC INVOICE #[XXX] No Recall done, may need recall for Brake Switch the car but it was told to me No recalls but 2 Recall for 3/3/2021 and 9/12/2019 not sure if done. The contact stated that upon inspection of the tires, the rear tires tread were almost bald. The contact stated that the tires were rotated; however, the tires started to experience the same failure at approximately 20,000 miles. The tires were the original tires. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The tire manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The tire failure mileage was approximately 15,000 and the vehicle failure mileage was 13,500.

Since having my Nissan 2021 Sentra I have for one, had to replace the battery in it twice. On a more serious note, it is now stopping the car at random and unnecessary times stating an object is in front of me. It happens once a while ago and I did not have any other signs, and it was just for a second, so I tried not to stress about it. Now it is happening more often and just this morning happened three times. Causing my car to come to a complete stop, it is very dangerous and I am not sure what I am to do about it.

I and many others have noticed that the 2020+ Nissan Sentra has a very common issue with its window switch where the driver side window works, but all passenger windows get stuck refusing to roll up or down, or do so very slowly. I have had people try to come up to my window where I could not properly shut it, I have had to leave my window partially open over night, and in the rain.

The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Sentra. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V581000 (STEERING). The vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall repair. As per the dealer, the recall repair was completed. The contact never received a receipt or any documentation regarding the recall repair and doubted that the recall repair was performed. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, the rearview camera displayed a blue image while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The contact stated that the failure obstructed driving visibility, preventing the safe operation of the vehicle. The contact was unsure if a recall notification had been received regarding the back over prevention system. The dealer requested payment, and the contact refused because the vehicle was under recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 67,000.

I was driving down the interstate, not a lot of people around me and my tire blew about spun out, but I was able to pull over. The cops came to help out when I was looking at the wheel. The whole rim is completely cracked and shot in half and didn’t hit anything

The rear door locks on my vehicle fail to lock and unlock properly, especially using the power lock switches or key fob. This is not an occasional issue — it happens every single day. This is a major safety concern because the back doors often cannot be opened at all, which puts my children at risk of being trapped inside during an emergency or accident. In addition, the rear windows frequently get stuck and will not roll down. This is also a daily occurrence. It makes the problem even more dangerous because the windows cannot be used as an emergency exit if the doors fail. These issues are consistent and ongoing. Because the vehicle is used to transport children, the defective door locks and windows create a significant safety hazard that could prevent occupants from exiting the car quickly in an accident, fire, or similar emergency.

In the interior of the car on the passenger side there are water droplets. The droplet has no smell. There is no evidence of pooling water when I opened the glove compartment. I felt as far a I could behind the glove compartment for moistener, I couldn’t feel any. However I just purchased new winter floor mats. As I was vacuuming my car out I noticed the carpet was wet. I just purchased the car on Sept 08,2025 and thought it may be damp from the car being shampooed. Once I place the rubber winter mats down is when I noticed the droplets. I’ve read there were recalls on the 2022 Sentra for similar issues of water droplets from possible air conditioner condensation. I suspect my car maybe experiencing similar issue. I noticed these droplet as a result on my air conditioner being on.

When I first get in the car and hit the gas it's OK a if I'm trying to move it but if I'm trying to leave my driveway and I hit the gas it will stall and the rpm will go up to a 5 , and this happens exiting the interstate, it's almost caused me to wreck because I can't pick up the speed it is like it's stuck . The same thing happens at a stop light and trying to move forward, extremely dangerous when you can't judge your distance if you're turning if another car will hit you .I try to only take back roads because I don't want my family, or someone else's family hurt .Sometimes all of the lights pop up on my dashboard like a Christmas tree, but when I take it to auto zone they say that it's nothing, days later it will turn off .Sometimes my car will warn me that I'm about to hit a car, yet no car in front of me , but there's times I've almost hit a car and it never warned me , this to is extremely dangerous. I understand that the car is having some sort of technical issues, but I can't seem to find the answers as to why , and this causes me anxiety every day that I drive because I don't know what to expect from it .I feel like the Nissan Sentra needs to be further investigated so that it's safe to drive without putting the driver or someone driving by in danger .I just paid this off , and have kept up with oil changes , yet I feel like this car has more issues than what I can fix and that's why I'm writing this to inform you of the dangers that this kinda car has while out on the roads .I hope that someone takes a deeper look at any type of reports from everyday people and make it easier for someone to find out how to report things like this ,because honestly I was looking for recalls about my car when I came across this, otherwise I wouldn't have ever known that this is even exists.. My 2025 Nissan purchased new May 2025 came with Firestone FT140 P 205 / 60 R 16 I started noticing a very slight vibration in rear tire at 42 mph around September 5600 miles On Sept 20, 2025 I took car on trip for several hundred miles at speeds over 70 mph. The car has developed a much more noticed vibration above 50 mph. On Sept. 22 I had tires checked for failure. Local tire store who sells Firestone told me both rear tires was out of round. This store could not warranty my tires, they said they only sold them. I would have to find a real dealer. I called Firestone # listed in my Nissan warranty book 1 800 847 3272 I gave them my Zip Code and problem, I was advised to find real dealer on compter my self. I found a real service dealer 55 miles away, I called them they had none in stock. They found dealer in Clarksville TN. 150 miles away for me suggested I should go there for fast service. I have spent 7 hours today on phone and driving to many dealers sell Firestone tires around Somerset, Ky I have defective tires and Firestone company could care less.

I am writing to formally report a safety-related defect in my 2019 Nissan Sentra and to request reimbursement for repair costs associated with this issue. My vehicle experienced a failure of the brake light switch, which prevented the car from starting and disabled the brake lights—posing a serious safety hazard. Although I have been informed that my vehicle is not currently included in Recall Campaign PM971, the symptoms and defective part match the recall description precisely. I have verified my VIN through the NHTSA recall lookup tool, and I am concerned that the recall scope may be too narrow, excluding vehicles that are clearly affected. This defect required immediate repair to restore basic vehicle functionality and ensure safety. I have attached documentation of the repair, including the invoice and diagnostic notes, for your review. I respectfully request the following: Reimbursement for the cost of the brake light switch repair. A formal review of my vehicle’s eligibility for Recall PM971. Consideration for expanding the recall to include additional affected vehicles, including mine. I am submitting this complaint in the interest of safety and fairness—not only for myself but for other Nissan owners who may be facing the same issue without recourse. I recently bought a 2024 nissan sentra sv premium used with 9,000 miles previous owner before me stated car would not accelerate at time after coming to a complete stop and dealership fixed the issue which was the brake switch I recently had the same issue around 15,000 miles and they said it the brake switch again, So I started searching online for similar incidents and it seems pretty common in older models but no one seems to state anything about the brake switch so I dont know if it is just a temporary fix as it happened to the previous owner 6-7k miles ago on my car and now happening again on a brand new car. please look into this
