Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ● **Loss of communication between EVCU and the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) can prevent high-voltage contactors from closing, resulting in a no-start condition. ● Remote start functionality fails when the vehicle is actively charging. ● "Charge Now" feature in application has multiple issues.
