SummarySome 2022 Navigator vehicles may exhibit a loss of driver seat adjustment functions after replacing the driver seat module (DSM). The accelerator and brake pedals may also move when actuating certain seat adjustment switches. This may be due to incorrect software being released into the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool at the time of the previous programmable module installation (PMI). The software has since been corrected on Ford servers. To correct the condition, perform Programmable Module Installation (PMI) on the DSM using the latest software level of the FDRS scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14C708 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

SummarySome 2022-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with minor feature codes DBCBB or DBCBC may exhibit various driver assistance feature warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Additionally, some modules may store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) related to invalid data or lost communication. This condition may be due to the software in the image processing module A (IPMA). If the IPMA is currently failing to communicate, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Select and run the IPMA Recovery Flash Erase option from the menu. If the driver assistance warnings and/or symptoms are intermittent, and possibly not failing during the dealership visit, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Recovery" application in the FDRS scan tool. Select and run the GWM Ethernet Update option from the menu. If IPMA communication had to be restored using the recovery application, download and run the "IPMA - Image Processing Module (IPMA) Alignment" application

SummarySome 2020-2025 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.
