SummaryD Clutch Repair Kit TSB 21-039-24 REV A - D-Clutch repair kit missing Carrier Output Shaft Seals It has been identified the Carrier Output Shaft is missing 2 seals for some of the kits delivered to dealers. These seals are not available individually. MOPAR is working to get the parts. Do not rebuild the transmission without these seals otherwise the vehicle will not have reverse. Please refer to STAR Online Publication S2421000001 for instructions for inspecting if the seals are present on the Output Shaft Carrier Shaft. If seals are missing, please return the D-Clutch Kit as defective and order another kit. Transmission replacement is not recommended as this issue should be solved with replacement kits

SummaryMODULE Steering Control Before replacing the steering column control module (SCCM), please follow these steps: 1.- Make sure all the switches' and airbag's harness are properly connected, disconnect the switches and reconnect them, and reverify the issue. 2.- Pull the SCCM fuse for 60 sec and then reinstall it. 3.- Reverify if Steering wheel switches are inoperative. If there are no DTC's, physical defects, nor switches inop, then SCCM does not need to be replaced.

It has come to our attention that there is some confusion regarding the number of lights on DT rear doors. 1. Background: In model year MY22 and earlier, DT rear doors were equipped with three lights. However, starting from MY23, DT rear doors are correctly built with only two lights. 3. Sales Code LB2: Vehicles with sales code LB2 are designed to have two lights on the rear doors. 4. Action Required: If a customer complains about missing rear door lights on an LB2-equipped vehicle, please do not order part number 68291943AC. LB2-equipped vehicles are correctly built with two lights, and adding a third light is unnecessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Summary"Rear Axle Vibration Shudder Or Chatter Customers may experience the following: ● A chatter, shudder, or vibration from the rear axle during turns. NOTE: This may happen more as the vehicle ages, especially if the vehicle is used extensively for towing or hauling heavy loads. The cause of the concern may be due to degradation of the rear axle fluid. It is very important to follow the routine maintenance schedules on these vehicles when it comes to changing the rear axle fluid if the vehicle is used primarily for towing or hauling heavy loads. If you experience a vehicle with the above condition, please perform the proper maintenance procedures for the rear axle and replace the fluid first before replacing any hardware components. NOTE: This service bulletin is only applicable to vehicles that have no history of an axle fluid replacement. If the vehicle usage includes police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, regular axle fluid changes are required every 3 years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first) per the Maintenance Schedule in the vehicle Owner's Manual. This bulletin involves changing the rear axle lube to possibly address a chatter, shudder or vibration."
