My clutch was recalled and I brought it in maybe around 10 times after because the service transmission light immediately came up after the recall fix. After bringing it to jeep for a year and engineers giving me the run around. First they said it was the way I was driving the clutch then after a year they said that the recall was to put a new sensor in and that is why the service transmission light is going on. This cannot be correct because they would have said that from the beginning. It is dangerous because you cannot see anything on the screen when the service transmission light comes up. They do not know what is wrong and are making up excuses after it was in the shop off and on for a year. The way I drive the clutch is normal and should never make the service transmission light go on. It never happened before the recall.i have docume to from all the times it went into the shop.

The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The contact became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V741000 (Electrical System) through the Insurance provider; however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The manufacturer was informed of the issue and advised the contact that she would receive a second letter once the remedy was available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the recall repair of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V720000 (Electrical System) was performed on the vehicle in 2024. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The vehicle has an active fire-risk recall (68C / 25V-741). Manufacturer has instructed not to charge the vehicle and to park away from structures. The dealership refuses to provide a diagnostic report or loss-of-use support. The vehicle is not safe to operate or store. I am seeking manufacturer action and accommodation.

Recall for electric battery packs in the electric Wrangler Manufacture requires that we don't park the vehicle in our garage and we don't charge or use the electric battery This pretty much makes my vehicle unusable as I drive the electric motor and my only free parking space is inside my garage

This is my daily vehicle. The fact that there is an active fire safety recall with no remedy is absolutely horrible. Per my VIN this has been the third safety recall on same issue in two years. Please make jeep fix this problem or buy these cars back to get them off the roads. Thank you!

The vehicle is affected by a high-voltage battery defect related to thermal runaway and fire risk. The manufacturer has instructed owners to avoid charging the battery, avoid using the hybrid system normally, and to park the vehicle away from structures. I do not have alternate parking and the vehicle must be stored next to my home, creating a safety concern. This is the third time the same safety issue has affected the vehicle. The hybrid-electric drive system has been unusable for long periods of time, resulting in the vehicle being unavailable or not able to be used as intended for more than half of the time I have owned it. Multiple authorized dealers have confirmed that there is currently no remedy or repair available and that they cannot schedule a repair because the necessary components are not available. The manufacturer also has no estimated timeframe for when a remedy will be provided. The safety risk is ongoing, and the vehicle cannot be used as designed or safely stored.

My local dealer has all the documentation on this jeep. It has been into the dealership many times now the check engine light is on for another problem which I am taking it in again this weekend . When I ask the dealer, I’ve been seeing things on Facebook about these jeeps having issues they just filled me full of a bunch of Bull and says every vehicle has issues. I’ve ran the VIN number and found out that mine is one of them that just catches on fire plus sometimes shakes when it’s driving down the road but that’s been minor considering everything else. One time I was driving up the driveway and it felt like the transmission slipped or something. They said it was something in the four-wheel-drive that went out. This is a new vehicle. It has very low miles on it. I’ve had it going on maybe the fourth year now it’s only got 31,000 miles on it I don’t drive it very far. It’s been in the shop several times for recalls or things that’s happened to it. When I first got it, it left me stranded would not start. I’d only had it a few days. It has been a lemon from start to finish. I am terrified to drive it and I don’t have another vehicle. I paid $55,000 for this jeep just a few years ago. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I desperately need help if the manufacturer is refunding people’s monies I want to make sure that I get enough money to buy another vehicle because this one is only a few years old and it’s been in the shop numerous amount of times. The other day it shimmied a little bit on the highway and I thought it was the road and now I’m reading that there’s problems with that also, it’s clearly a lemon. But as I said, I’m scared to death to drive it now. The newest development as I’ve said is now the check engine light is on. It’s only been out of the shop for maybe three weeks since they fixed something in the four-wheel-drive which I’ve never even used. I love the looks of this Jeep, but it’s not dependable so I need help.

- #11697977November 6, 2025ENGINE, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
I have had multiple issues with this vehicle including • A failed sensor resulted in the loss of traction control, four-wheel drive, and ABS brakes, making the vehicle unsafe to operate. • A fuel sensor malfunction caused gasoline to backflow and spill during refueling. • On a separate occasion, the vehicle shut off completely while driving, leaving me without control of the vehicle. There are now 2 recalls on the vehicle. 1 for the vehicle randomly turning off and the other for potential to catch fire. Neither of which the dealership or Stellantis has issued a fix and are saying it’s “safe to drive”, however I failed my inspection a few months due to a torn windshield wiper because that is a safety risk.

I began having massive roof leaks on 27 February 2025, seven days after purchase, resulting in me taking my vehicle back to the dealer for roof leak repairs (1" repair attempt). I also took my vehicle back to the dealership again on 4 March 2025 for a second roof leak (2" repair attempt). On 7 April 2025 after torrential rain, my vehicle roof leaked again for the third time resulting in a call to the dealership for status. On 8 April 2025, I took my vehicle back to the dealership for roof leak repair after the vehicle roof leaked again over night resulting in the (3rd repair attempt/4th roof leak). On 14 April 2025 I took my vehicle to the dealership for roof leak repair, which was the 4th repair attempt. My vehicle remained at Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Arlington from 14 April 2025 through 28 April 2025 (14 days). On 30 April 2025, two days after getting the vehicle back from the dealership on 28 April 2025 the roof leaked yet again only worse than previous leaks being that the roof was leaking on both the drivers and passenger sides resulting in water damage to both doors and it's electrical components, the dashboard and it's components, the seats, floorboard and the bottom of vehicle had started presenting with rust. On 2 May 2025, after checking the vehicle after rain the night before I determined that the vehicle roof had leaked yet again resulting in 3-5 inches of rain puddling in the floorboard of the vehicle and the instrument panel was skewed, water dripping from under the dashboard and speakers, the driver side seats were soaked and water running down the passenger side door and window. This vehicle has leaked from the roof on 13 separate occasions. Including being in the shop for 35 days from Sep 2- Oct 8, 2025 and is currently in the shop again gor the same roof leak issue.

I was sitting in a drive through and my car binged, on the dash a pop up appeared that said “Hybrid Mode Unavailable” and my vehicle cut itself off and put itself in park. I cut the vehicle back on and the engine light came on. I rolled up a little bit and it did the same thing again. I cut the vehicle back on, put it in esave mode and found a parking spot where I cut the car off and aat for a little bit. When I cut it back on, I put it in esave made and was able to drive home without it throwing the error again. The check engine light stayed on until I went to the dealership. I was already scheduled for an oil change and the checked the engine light while I was there. They set up to repair another recall on the vehicle. They cleared the check engine light and said it was related to the electronics in the vehicle.

On October 25th, 2025 my husband and I were driving home on the freeway. All of a sudden, without any warning notice or check engine light, my hybrid 2023 Jeep caught on fire as we were in it driving down the freeway. The fire started under the hood and under us. Flames were coming up the sides of the Jeep as we drove and were getting bigger then coming in the vents and under the hood. My husband pulled the Jeep over to the shoulder and we quickly got out and away from the Jeep and called 911 for help. Cars were still driving down the freeway as the Jeep was engulfed in flames. Our safety was put at high risk since we were driving on the freeway at highway speeds and the Jeep caught on fire without any warning and my husband and I were sitting inside the Jeep traveling while it was actively on fire and getting worse. We were located right by the fire as we were driving. It was under us, in front of us and growing around us. Others were put at risk because there was a large fire on the side of the freeway as other vehicles were driving by. A semi truck almost hit the median in the freeway when it probably noticed what was going on. Further, vehicles were driving in the right hand lane right beside the active fire. My Jeep was sparking, throwing flames and some things exploded. Jeep hybrids have had problems and my Jeep has had many recalls and problems. Stellantis was involved with the last few dealership service visits. The Jeep was not charging so a new charging system was put in it at the dealership. The Jeep had a red turtle come on as I was driving and it drastically slowed my speed down suddenly. I pulled over and then my Jeep turned off and would not start again for hours. The dealership, with Stellantis involved, put in a new rechargeable battery. These were some of the things done recently prior to my Jeep catching on fire en route in addition to many recalls/updates. There were no warning signs at all prior to his Jeep fire.

The jeep upon hitting a bump on the right tire on freeway at speeds, right tire goes into a, "death wobble," and violently shakes steering wheel and vehicle like it is coming apart. . Around 60-70 mph. Usually on a left corner and right tire hits a bump. Steering wheel violently shakes. Jeep right wheel violently shakes. Has happened several times till the vehicle gets pulled over to a slow or stop. Once slowed to a crawl or stopped. It stops it. Very dangerous to drive.

2021 jeep wrangler 4xe , power loss twice after recall was completed in 2022. INCIDENT AFTER RECALL completed. 1st - power loss, turtle sign. got stuck in hope BC, Canada. ECU FLASH fixed it, chilliwack, BC. 57000 miles roughly. Hv battery voltage sensor ckt performance issue. 2nd time- 62000 miles roughly, ABRUPT POWER LOSS on a highway, driving in passing lane 75mph, engine check lights on, after few secs full power loss, all lights on. After 30 mins of park mode, all lights went away. Towed it to dealership. They ordered a part, and is still stuck at dealership, since 15 days. Used my judgement & managed to safely coast and avoided risk of any incident. Turtle sign, and i think and something with battery verbiage popped up. Couldn't take an image as was in reactive mode. Parked and turned off the engine, called tow truck. After coming back from home waiting on a tow truck, turned on the car. All lights gone. Dealership found DTC's , crown jeep dublin perimeter drive, but couldn't recreate as per my knowledge, at this time. I am hoping dealership might fix my car soon. I am reaching out to let you know the recall countermeasure didnt fix the issue. Please push jeep for a permanent hard countermeasure, not a band aid. It's not just a severe inconvenience, but major risk for accidents on road. Dealership told me other cars came in for similar issue, due to OTA update for 24my and 25my 4xe's, and it was not applied on my car 21MY. Thanks

On October 11, 2025, while traveling approximately 50 mph, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe suddenly and without warning lost motive power. The vehicle rapidly decelerated to around 10 mph. Thankfully, no vehicle was immediately behind me; had there been, a rear-end crash likely would have occurred. I was able to pull to the shoulder and had to completely shut down and restart the vehicle to temporarily restore power. I drove the vehicle directly to the authorized Jeep dealership after the incident, and it has remained there since that date. A recall related to this exact failure was issued afterward. My VIN is confirmed as included, and NHTSA status currently shows “Recall Incomplete — Remedy Not Yet Available.” Despite the safety failure already occurring and no remedy existing, Jeep Customer Care closed my case prematurely. I do not feel safe operating this vehicle until a repair is defined and completed. I am reporting this because the hazard remains unresolved, and owner support and protection feel inadequate. This defect occurred before the recall announcement and represents a confirmed loss-of-power safety event that could have resulted in a serious crash.

- #11696139October 28, 2025ENGINE, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
Received over the air Uconnect software update immediately thereafter, vehicle began stalling and putting itself in park before Jeep issued recall A7C (NHTSA 25V-710). Vehicle was towed to Glendale Jeep (Glendale, CA) on 10/11/25 and returned 10/24/25. Dealer mis-stated vehicle out by date on repair order. Upon receiving vehicle back and driving, still noticed a lack of power when accelerating. On 10/26/2025 vehicle infotainment system stopped working, and all infotainment-controlled safety related features stopped working (Collision avoidance, Back up camera etc.). I Reported incomplete repair back to dealer on 10/27/2025. Dealer states that they cannot accept vehicle back for repair as the fix they provided was only temporary. Jeep only provided them a temporary fix and Jeep has not released a complete comprehensive fix. Dealer never disclosed this repair was only temporary when the vehicle was picked up, despite having knowledge of this. Dealer now states that they cannot accept vehicle back or any affected vehicles at this time because they have too many affected Jeep on the lot awaiting the temporary repair. Contacted Jeep numerous times and filed claim. Jeep is delaying rental reimbursement payment under their wave program and not directly providing direct rental replacement vehicle either despite having been sent receipts and proof of repair work order. My vehicle and other Jeeps are not safe to drive with the temporary fix Jeep provided, as the safety features are not functioning. Additionally, The dealer should have not released the vehicle back with knowledge that these safety systems may be compromised. It puts my safety and the safety of other motorist on the road at risk. As of 10/28/25 ,Jeep and the dealer have not provided any instructions on what to do or how to proceed. Vehicle cannot be repaired at this point.
