ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Instrument cluster failed. Jeep required me to send them the entire cluster (Vehicle Dash) in order for us to order new part. Submitting the cluster means I do not have access to the manual gages (speed, warning lights, and fuel gage). You also cannot hear your blinker signal or know if your high beams are on or off. You do not know how much gas in your tank and can run out at any given point (I have pictures of police helping as this happen to me; it is dangerous). There is an open file i have with jeep. They are aware of the issue. I told the dealership in Sept of 2024 it was flickering and they said it wasn't doing it when they had it serviced so there was nothing they could do. I took it in to another mechanic in May of 2025 once it was failed completely. Jeep informed my mechanic in May the part would be in. Then they emailed me (once i filed a compliant with their customer service )the part would be in by End of Aug. Now they are saying the End of September (subject to change). I requested a loaner vehicle in order to keep my family safe and they denied my request. The car was bought brand new and cannot be inspected until the dash is replaced. Jeep has old dash and has not provided me with the replacement part (I already paid for). It is dangerous. The reason we are told the part is not available is because many 2020 jeeps are having same issue.

I was traveling at 80mph on an interstate in the fast lane. There were only two lanes. Road was straight with a slight incline. Temperature was 98 degrees. I had been traveling for 10 hours that day. I hear the same bing chime the Jeep makes when it switches from electric to hybrid mode. I was already in hybrid mode and I experienced a lost of power. My vehicle started to coast which it never does because the regenerative breaks always slow me down. I noticed a message on my display but I could not read it as I used the momentum I had to reach the shoulder of the slow lane and coast to a stop. I put the car in park. The message was gone. A few seconds after putting the vehicle in park, it restarted and behaved normally again. This happened one day after being serviced at the dealer. I have all recalls completed including one that covers this issue. I took the Jeep in to be checked and they were unable to read codes or detect any issues.

SERVICE BRAKES, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
The jeep has an ABS module that went bad. I have been waiting months- perhaps over a year, and there is still no estimate on the part coming in. It is an essential part, one with no generic replacement. It is illegal for jeep to just leave all of us hanging.

Engine surge while braking. New 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 450 miles. V-6 engine and 8-speed automatic transmission. No modifications. Autonomous braking. Came to a traffic circle with yield sign. Slowed by braking for vehicle on right to enter traffic circle. The engine suddenly surged, began bucking as I depressed the brake further, and entered the traffic circle, just barely missing the vehicle to the right. One wheel (not sure which) began skidding as if the ABS had come one. I pulled over, shut the Jeep down and restarted. Problem did not recur. I tested pushing the brake while using the accelerator and the brake easily held the vehicle in stop. I am certain I did not "accidentally step on both the accelerator and brake at the same time." An hour later I took the vehicle into the Service Department of the local Jeep dealer. They did not run a diagnostic but said that there were various possible caused but had not seen it on Jeeps they had serviced. I looked on the various Jeep chatrooms on line and discovered that many people had had the identical problem over the last 5 years. Some say they reported it to NHTSA. This is likely a software or computer issue and is extremely dangerous. It needs to be addressed by the manufacturer It was only by sheer luck I did not hit the right-of-way vehicle Thank you for your interest.

Just purchase unit right from [XXX] , Driven very home 100 miles, pick the unit up with 20 miles. Went to get into it then morning unit when you try to first start Jeep creeps for long period of time, for periods over 45 seconds , engine should not take 45 seconds to start. Then you have to turn vehicle off briefly and turn it back on finally starts.. VISIBILITY/WIPER
A small rock hit my gorilla glass windshield putting a extremely small nick the size of the tip of a ball point pen. You can't even see the extremely small nick on a camera. But the windshield instantly cracked and continues to Crack from this tiny nick. Is has cracked over half the windshield and can be felt on the inside as well. Now I'm stuck paying a ton of money and my insurance rates going up monthly to replace a faulty windshield that mopar knows is faulty and there have been several complaints and even a lawsuit over the windshield.

After dash lights came on, my issue was diagnosed as an ABS module failure by my mechanic. Jeep offers no repair. Options are limited and expensive. I’m driving on 1985 brakes until repaired. I understand this is a problem common to JK models and has been occurring for years.

I bought this Jeep brand new on 7/5/2025 at a dealership with 342 miles on it. The night of purchase, I noticed the fog lights did not work. The dealership had to replace all the wires to the fog lights. On the morning of 8/29/2025, while driving my vehicle between the speeds of 25 - 55 mph to work, the vehicle would shimmy for unknown reasons. Later that afternoon, while driving home from work on the interstate at approximately 60 mph, the vehicle began a severe shake (AKA death wobble). I was able to slow down and safely exit the interstate, but the vehicle did not stop the “death wobble” until it was at a near stop. I immediately called the dealership, and they are to inspect it first thing in the morning on 8/29/2025. This vehicle has not had any modifications or previous owners.

SERVICE BRAKES
This is a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, it is need of a new ABS Modulator. This part has not been available for quite some time almost over a year. This is a critical safety feature that needs to be addressed. Jeep dealer told me and also a local mechanic not to drive in wet conditions. I have taken it to 3 different mechanics, dealer, and two outside the dealer, none can get the part. I have a ABS light on and traction control light on and a brake light on due to this part problem. Please help me in resolving this

I own a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and believe my vehicle should be included in recall W35/NHTSA 20V-191 for the VP4 Radio Software, as my backup camera does not turn off when shifting into drive. I must restart my Jeep to resolve the issue. My dealership wants $230 for diagnostics despite knowing the problem, and customer service said they can't help, even though they've opened case #94053204. Why are only some VINs covered? This is a safety concern, and I should not have to pay for diagnosis or repairs.

In February of 2024, my ABS, traction control and brake warning lights came on. This disables the ABS, traction control and cruise control. After scanning the vehicle for codes, there is a C2200 internal fault for the ABS control module. Making sure it is not a sensor issue, I tested all four wheels and all check out fine. Looking up the C2200, I would need to replace the module. The problem is, the module has been on national backorder since December 2023 with no end in sight. My only option is to either send that module out to a company and pay $450 plus shipping to have it rebuilt or to pay upwards of $1400 for it on eBay. Even then, it may not be a genuine or new part. I have a vehicle with a safety feature that failed and another 2016 Jeep Wrangler that is starting to show similar symptoms. Stellantis / Mopar is of zero help and will not tell me when or if the part will be available.

I woke up one morning about 2 months ago, and the dash cluster was not working and has not worked since. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? My safety and the safety of others are put at risk because I am unable to see critical information while driving, such as my speed, fuel level, and any potential engine warning lights. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes, the problem was confirmed by two different independent mechanics, both of whom stated that I need a new cluster. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? No, the vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or any other party besides the two mechanics. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No, there were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms before the cluster failed. The failure occurred suddenly.

I experienced an extreme coolant leak caused by the coolant inlet tube fasteners backing out and becoming loose. This is consistent with MOPAR recall CSN ZD8 for 2021-2022 Jeep Wrangler. My vin does not seem to be covered by this recall but experienced the same issue. I request that the VINs be extended to include my VIN. The contact owned a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at approximately 65 MPH, she noticed a burning odor in the vehicle's cabin, and the sway bar warning light illuminated. The husband looked out of the driver's window and observed fire coming from under the vehicle. While attempting to steer to the side of the road, the front of the vehicle became engulfed in flames. The couple managed to exit the vehicle safely. The contact's husband tried to extinguish the fire, but it continued to engulf more. The fire department arrived and extinguished the blaze. A police report was filed, and the vehicle was towed to a lot. The manufacturer was notified of the incident. The failure occurred at 51,000 miles.

The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the instrument cluster was inoperable and displayed a blank screen. During the failure, the driver was unable to view the fuel levels, engine temperature levels, and any safety warnings. The local dealer was informed of the failure, and the instrument cluster was serviced by an independent mechanic and reinstalled by the dealer. Shortly after retrieving the vehicle, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. My Display Cluster went blank all of a sudden while on a trip with no prior notice and I was unable to see any safety information for my vehicle, how much gas I have left, odometer readings or other important information which are needed to safely drive. I ran out of gas and was unable to get to the side of the road and all most got into an accident. There is a current safety recall for this problem (NHTSA ID Number: 24V652000 Instrument Panel Failure/FMVSS 101) for the JEEP WRANGLER2018-2024 issued on September 5, 2024 for the same problem I am experiencing with my vehicle The problem is for some reason My Vin number is not being included in the recall even though the Vehicle year model & problem matches the recall and the dealership/manufacturer are not honoring the repair needed.

SERVICE BRAKES
On August 12, 2025, the brakes on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler failed and resulted in a low speed collision. Brakes were being applied to stop for a traffic light and when I realized the vehicle was not stopping I pushed pedal to floor twice to try and stop vehicle. After the accident the vehicle was towed to Tate Jeep dealership who could not duplicate the incident or identify why pressure in brake line dropped. Air bags did not deploy.
