The vehicle will severely vibrate when traveling 60mph or higher. Faster speeds increase the vibration intensity. I used a vibration meter on the steering wheel and drove on a smooth highway. Multiple tests/results were all similar, the vibration meter would register up to 10.3 and avg in the mid 4s and 5s. A 5.8 equates to a Level VI Strong Earthquake on the Mercalli Intensity Scale. The vibration is so violent the steering wheel shakes uncontrollably causing a strong fear of losing control. We live in rural Nevada with open desert and spotty cell service for most of the drive from Pahrump NV to Las Vegas. We were afraid to drive the vehicle due to the handling issues, that something happening in the middle of nowhere. Jeep customer support denied, obstructed and overall refused to help. Was assigned to several agents and supervisors and after filing the initial report, message requests were rarely returned. I was ultimately told by Customer Care, “it was my problem not Jeeps”. The first dealership I went to refused to look at the car unless I paid them for unnecessary work I then went back to Jeep Only in Las Vegas (where I purchased vehicle) and they quickly acknowledged the severe vibration issue was a common problem and they have serviced this problem on many other Wagoneer’s in the past. I worked with Evan the Service Advisor and Tigh Pesicka the Service Manager and they assured me the problem was with Jeep’s paring of the Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza tire and the Wagoneer. The Bridgestone was a passenger tire and the Wagoneer due to its weight needed light truck rated tires. Evan at Jeep Only recommended the Continental Terrain Contact A/T tires, I purchased them and it lessened the severity of the vibration. The dealership failed to get Jeep to cover the new tire, so they said I will have to pay for them and sue Jeep for reimbursement. A quick search you will find many examples of Wagoneer Owners with the same issue.

2023 L series II Wagoneer 84,444 miles full bench 2nd and 3rd row - My family was travelling in the car and the second row driver side seat unlatched and forcefully slammed my daughter into the back of the driver seat. No aggressive driving and no warning lights on the dash. The car dinged then slammed my daughter's face into the back of the driver seat. Caused swelling and a black eye on the left side. Also caused a spinal injury on the C2 and C3 joint that we are still getting information on the issue. I am submitting this in hopes that this does not happen to someone else's family like it did mine. My family of 4 and 3 kids that are family friends. The event took place on 6-11 and I am writing this report on 6-12. No inspection has been done on the car due to still being at the hospital consulting a specialist on the spinal issue.

While my wife was operating our 2022 Jeep Wagoneer Series III (5.7L HEMI eTorque, ~44,700 miles) at highway speed, the vehicle suffered a sudden and complete electrical power failure. Electric power steering cut out completely while the vehicle was in motion, creating an immediate safety hazard and nearly causing an accident. The vehicle was disabled and required towing. The dealership (Safford Jeep) diagnosed fault code P0B32: catastrophic internal hardware and voltage failure of the 48-volt eTorque Hybrid Battery Pack. The 12-volt battery was also destroyed as a consequence of the 48V pack failure — the 12V charges exclusively via a DC-to-DC converter fed by the 48V loop; when the pack failed, the converter lost power and the 12V battery was starved of charge. NOTE: This incident is consistent with the active NHTSA ODI preliminary evaluation of 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Ram 1500 eTorque electrical failures. FCA/Stellantis has acknowledged these failures are likely caused by an electrical concern. My P0B32 event represents a catastrophic failure of the exact system under investigation, with the additional safety consequence of complete loss of power steering at highway speed. Stellantis Corporate Case #96719164 is open. The vehicle has been repaired (48V battery pack replaced) but Stellantis has declined to address the warranty access barrier created by their diagnostic system architecture. The dealer's equipment required a new 12-volt battery installation before it could communicate with the covered hybrid system — a $645 mandatory prerequisite to accessing a Federal Emissions Warranty repair.

2022 Wagoneer Series III has major alignment issues and ruining tires with the outside tire edges cupping/wearing bald due to the alignment kicking out within an hour of being aligned and driven at highway speeds. Vehicle also has a death wobble when going over 65 mph and pulls hard to the right almost causing the vehicle to go off the road or into another lane if you are not bare knuckling the steering wheel to the left to counteract the hard right pulling. Vehicle has been in and out of the Dealership since 12/2024 to address the problem, however FCA/Stellanis has come back with no fix or solution to the problem and states to bring the vehicle in every 3,000 miles to have an alignment done, which is unacceptable. The vehicle has most recently been at the Dealership since 1/2026 and is still currently at the Dealership as of today 6/5/2026. A Star ticket was opened with the Manufacturer to address the issues, and a Field Engineer was sent out who was unable to diagnose why the alignment is falling out after the vehicle is realigned. Stellanis/FCA is now claiming this is a "maintenance" issue and not a manufacturing defect. The Dealership most recently had an independent technician who specializes in diagnostics/troubleshooting FCA issues look at the vehicle and the technician also could not diagnose why the alignment is continuing to fail. Online forums have hundreds of Consumer complaints about this same issue with trying to get it resolved with FCA directly and having no luck. This is a major safety issue that will eventually lead to a tire blowout or veering off the road and could result in serious injuries to someone if this is not addressed properly. It should not take someone getting in an accident or being killed/seriously injured for FCA/Stellanis to take this manufacturing defect seriously. These vehicles need to be recalled and thoroughly inspected with thorough alignment testing.

On February 13, 2026, ALM [XXX] [XXX] ) sold me a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer (VIN: [XXX] ) with Federal Safety Recall 88C (NHTSA Campaign 25V-642 — rear quarter window trim detachment, road hazard risk) open and unrepaired at the time of sale. This recall was not disclosed to me during the sale process, which was conducted remotely. I discovered the open recall only after taking delivery of the vehicle. Owner notification letters for Recall 88C were mailed beginning February 19, 2026 — six days after my purchase. ALM CDJR had knowledge of this recall prior to sale and chose not to disclose it or complete the repair before delivery. The recall has since been completed by a different dealer (Farris Motor Company, Jefferson City, TN). However, ALM CDJR's sale of a vehicle with a known open federal safety recall without disclosure is a dealer compliance violation I am formally reporting to NHTSA. I have filed supporting complaints with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and have documentation of this transaction on file. I am reporting a catastrophic engine failure on a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer (VIN: [XXX] ) that occurred within 163 miles of consumer delivery, suggesting a latent manufacturing defect present at the time of sale. The vehicle was delivered February 13, 2026 at approximately 29,750 miles. Engine noise was noted the same evening. By March 10, 2026, the vehicle was grounded at Farris Motor Company [XXX] ) at 29,913 miles — 163 miles after delivery. The vehicle remains inoperable after 60+ days. Stellantis STAR Case #XXX documents the following confirmed failures: collapsed lifters, failed camshaft, damaged rockers, and scored cylinder walls. Technician notes in the official STAR Case record state the engine oil contained metal contamination so severe it "looked like paint." Borescope imaging confirmed scoring on cylinder walls. Stellantis has thus far refused to authorize a full engine replacement, instead directing the servicing dealer to replace only individually identified failed components — despite the fact that metal contamination of this severity compromises the entire lubrication circuit, including both turbochargers. The servicing dealer (Farris Motor Company) has independently advocated to Stellantis for full engine replacement and agrees the partial repair is insufficient. I am reporting this failure to NHTSA to document the defect pattern and request investigation into whether other 2023 Wagoneer vehicles with the 3.0L Hurricane engine may be experiencing similar latent valvetrain failures. The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed and attempting to make a turn, the vehicle failed to accelerate and then lost motive power with no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump and fuse had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure was related to a known electrical failure with the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 32,000.

My 2023 Jeep Wagoneer experienced a catastrophic panoramic sunroof failure while parked and unattended. The vehicle had been driven normally earlier that day with no known impact or debris strike, and I have footage from before arriving showing the roof intact. The vehicle was parked in a school parking lot for approximately 2.5 hours, and when I returned, the panoramic roof glass had spontaneously shattered. No impact event was witnessed, and there was no known object strike to the vehicle. The dealership determined the damage was caused by outside influence; however, no specific impact point or evidence of an object strike has been identified to us. Because the glass shattered unexpectedly while the vehicle was stationary, we are concerned this may represent a spontaneous tempered-glass failure and a potential safety defect.

On 5/14/26 around 8:00am, I just dropped the kids off to school and entered onto the 5 lane freeway, 290, driving into work. Driving 70 miles an hour, the steering light and a warning light came on and then other lights started flashing. The engine shut off, and the steering wheel felt like it locked-up. I managed to exit off the freeway and the car came to a stop. The car would not restart. A tow was called to take to the nearest dealership. In August 2025, this happened and we were told it was a bad AUX battery and it was replaced. Now we are told it is the PDC that is causing the issue.

Car seat has been installed in Jeep Wagoneer for approximately 3 months. Was installed by a CPST. 25 lb rear-facing child; installed with lower latch anchors. When placing child in seat one day, CPST-caregiver suddenly noticed movement in the seat and confirmed more than 1 inch of movement at the belt path. Upon removal to reinstall, it was noted that the Snuglock lockoff arm was no longer locked in place. Child's safety was put at risk because there was no longer a secure install of the car seat. Car seat only inspected prior to reinstall by CPST-caregiver. Car seat available for inspection upon request. Car seat still in use.

My 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L with the 3.0L Hurricane engine began experiencing drivability and warning-light failures at very low mileage and within the first year of ownership. The vehicle was purchased new in October 2024 and experienced its first major drivability/towing event at approximately 10,372 miles. Over the following months, the vehicle experienced repeated check engine light events, shaking, sputtering, hard starting, loss of throttle responsiveness, drivetrain hesitation, and multiple towing incidents despite repeated dealership repair attempts. The most severe safety event occurred in May 2026 at approximately 18,850 miles while traveling on the interstate with my family and young children. Prior to this event, a Florida Jeep dealership documented diagnostic codes P21A0 (Cylinder 5 Air/Fuel Ratio Imbalance) and P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold) and specifically documented in writing that “the #5 fuel injector is causing the fault” and likely damaged the catalytic converter. Despite this, we were advised the vehicle should be safe to drive home. While driving on the highway the following day, the check engine light began flashing and audibly beeping continuously, the vehicle began shaking aggressively, and acceleration responsiveness deteriorated significantly while traveling at highway speeds. We were forced to immediately exit the highway and abandon the vehicle at a Jeep dealership in Georgia due to safety concerns and fear the vehicle could become unresponsive in traffic. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times by authorized Jeep dealerships in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. Earlier repair attempts attributed the issues to software/update-related causes. The Georgia dealership later replaced the catalytic converter but did not directly address the injector-related concern because the condition was not actively reproducible during their inspection despite the prior dealership’s written findings.

My car has put itself into park and shut completely off three times in the last week while driving. The cruise control shut off while driving on the interstate. There was a message pop up twice saying service electronic throttle system. I don’t feel safe driving my jeep wagoneer at all, let alone with my three children. The first time it shut off I was in the middle of a busy intersection with my family in the car. Luckily the other two times I was at a stop sign, but it’s scary and completely unsafe and unacceptable.

I scheduled an appointment Genes Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM service department in Fairbanks, AK on February 13, 2026 to perform all recalls on my vehicle. This appointment was made almost a month out to ensure I had the day off to be able to drop off my vehicle and have them keep it for the remainder of the day. The service department informed me before closing time around 1700 that my vehicle was ready for pick up. In the next few weeks, I was still receiving recall information in the mail. I called Genes again and spoke with a representative who checked the system for me and she assured me that recalls were completed but it takes time for the system to update. I took her word for it. My vehicle is currently in service at Genes now for other issues and I called Stellantis to open a case for the delays. Per their regulation, when a member calls, they let them know what recalls is still against their vehicle, they assured me that my recalls was still open. I wrote an email to Genes manager requesting to answer me via email as proof that recalls were performed on my vehicle, but he did not address my question to this day. I have attached the receipt of the workorder on Feb 13 that states recalls were performed on my vehicle. I am also attaching the email traffic from Genes regarding my follow up question. There are other correspondence in this email, but I have highlighted my email that I sent on May 4th and attached the PDF with the email.

- #11736586May 8, 2026ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, EXTERIOR LIGHTING
The contact owns a 2023 JEEP Wagoneer. The contact stated that while towing, the vehicle experienced a serious and recurring safety failure where the trailer lights would function for approximately five minutes before a portion of them would blackout. This failure renders towing unsafe and illegal, as it compromises visibility and traffic law compliance. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 26E006000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) however, the VIN was not included in the recall due to the vehicle not being within the 2024-2025 range listed on the recall notice. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on three separate occasions for the same failure. During the first visit, the dealer stated the issue was with the trailers; however, the contact paid for independent inspections that confirmed both trailers were in proper working order. During the second visit, the dealer performed a software update, but the failure persisted. During the third visit, the dealer diagnosed the issue as a known manufacturer software defect with no current resolution available. The vehicle was not repaired, due to no other options of repair besides a recall. The manufacturer has been notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 25,335.

It seems that when the outside temperature is very warm/hot, when turning the car on or when idling at a traffic light or driving at very low speeds, on occasion the car will abruptly and without warning, shift itself into Park and the emergency brake activates. I took the vehicle in for repair on 10/23/25 and was told there was a "thermostat internal failure" and that the "thermostat assembly" was replaced. I was just recently traveling in Florida ( reside in NY) and the exact same problems occurred with my vehicle which I can only assume was due to the warmer temperatures that my vehicle has not been exposed to since the last repair as I reside in New York. I feel it should be worth mentioning that when turning OFF the auto start/stop button, the problems occurred less frequently but STILL happened on occasion. I've also had 3 other times when the "check engine" light came on. I was told that the first 2 were related to software updates with the transmission. On the other occasion, a "valve body" was replaced. I'm unsure if any of these were related. I've also had to replace the auxiliary battery but I don't think that's related so I didn't upload that file. Although I'm taking the vehicle to be repaired today, I took it in on 04/14/26 because the check engine light came on while in Florida when the car shifted itself into Park and the Emergency Brake was activated. The check engine light almost never comes on when this happens which I was told makes it difficult to diagnose issues. I didn't know how long this info is stored so I took the vehicle in upon returning to NY and was given a Summary Report after they hooked up a scanner. I couldn't get an appointment until today
