FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING, SERVICE BRAKES, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
Collision warning randomly activates when driving while no vehicles or objects are around. This has been ongoing, but this last time emergency braking activated extremely hard and would had caused a collision if there was a vehicle following as vehicle almost came to a complete stop on a 75 mph highway.

ENGINE
MY CAR HAS A HOLE IN THE MOTOR, THE THROW ROD SHOT OUT OF IT. THE DEALERSHIP CLASSIC HONDA REFUSED TO DO ANY REAL INVESTIGATION AND IS RELYING SOLELY ON THE DIPSTICK READING. THIS CLEARLY VIOLATES ME IN PLENTY OF WAYS THIS IS WHAT I SENT THEM. I am formally escalating this matter and requesting immediate supervisory review and intervention regarding the inspection and handling of my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid. The dealership is relying solely on a dipstick reading taken from an engine with a breached engine block. Once the engine block is compromised, the crankcase is no longer sealed, and oil redistributes into different internal cavities and passages. Under these conditions, a dipstick reading is not a reliable or valid method to determine pre-failure oil quantity or causation. I specifically requested that the oil pan drain plug be removed so the oil could be measured directly, which would provide an accurate and objective assessment of oil quantity. This request was refused. I was told, verbatim, that the dealership would not touch the vehicle any further. This refusal to perform a basic, non-destructive verification step, while continuing to rely on an unreliable post-failure dipstick reading, is not consistent with proper diagnostic procedure or good-faith warranty investigation. At this point, I am requesting: Immediate supervisory review of this case Assignment of a qualified Honda representative or supervisor to oversee a proper inspection Documentation explaining why a direct oil measurement was refused Confirmation that the vehicle and all components remain preserved for further review I am not asking for speculation or opinion. I am requesting a proper, objective, and technically sound investigation. Please treat this as a formal escalation request. I am prepared to pursue arbitration and further remedies if this matter continues to be handled without appropriate diagnostic standards. I request a response within 48 hours. POWER TRAIN
There is a clicking noise from both sides of the wheels and it causing to vibrate at higher speeds. cClicking sound is more prominent when turning from left to right. I am concerned that the axles may fail as I see online that a recall has been issued for the lubricant used in manufactoring the part

Vehicle was taken to Honda of Round Rock for the Integrated Control Module (ICM) Recall (NHTSA Recall 25V785). The dealership performed partial service but stated a 'gateway' part is on backorder. Since this service, the vehicle has been returned to us with a non-functional speedometer, non-functional speed sensor, no A/C/defrost, and multiple disabled safety sensors. Driving without a speedometer is a severe safety hazard. The manufacturer has provided no timeline for the part and refused a loaner, leaving us with an un-roadworthy vehicle as a direct result of a recall repair attempt.

My supplemental restraint system problem keeps appearing on my dash at random times, sometimes will go away then sometimes will stay for over a year. I have heard this is ongoing and Honda has not issued a recall.

After I took my car in for a fuel pump recall, it caused one of my injectors to be bad which will be 3000 dollars fix out of my pocket. this happened a few months after I took my car to the dealership, and it was doing fine before taken to the dealership for the recall. there are many other owners who reported they experienced the same thing, with all the dash lights came on but couldn’t find the exact cause until they replace their fuel injectors. First, all the alarms appeared, even the engine light was on but they would all go away after a few days. It had been on and off randomly for the past 4 months. the car is still driving fine but the alarms will pop up and stay for a few weeks to a month. It would randomly not letting me accelerate and slow me down, which if i was driving on the highway all the way in the left with traffic, that would cause a traffic jam and eventually an accident with other drivers.

STEERING, SERVICE BRAKES
1. POWER STEERING RACK 2. ABS MODULATOR My 2015 Honda Accord experienced a sudden failure of both the ABS system and power steering rack. The dealership confirmed the failure was not due to neglect or wear. Due to the safety risk the repair estimate exceeding $14,000 for the safety system and regular repairs, I was forced to trade in the vehicle. Honda denied goodwill assistance on the safety systems (power steering rack & ABS modulator) November 17, 2025 saying vehicle is out of warranty and cited value and year of the vehicle. I was the only owner of vehicle and only serviced at Balise Honda of West Warwick and/or Johnston RI.

Two issues, the car will just stop on the freeway, Honda said noting is wrong with it, this occurred four times. also the headlights stopped working after 50k miles on it, they told me to replace the entire unit. at 800. 00 Each just like the 2016-2017 Honda Daytime headlight issue now the 2019 headlights are having issues.

The first time was at 93,000 miles where my car started to surge and went into limp mode but once I shut the car off and turned it back on everything went away and the car was fine. It did happen a couple more times, but as soon as I would shut the car off and turn it back on the code was cleared and by the time I got it to a mechanic there was no known code.This last time was at 220,000 miles I was just entering the freeway and once on the freeway, my car started to power surge really bad jolting me back-and-forth back-and-forth. This did not let me continue to finish reaching my highway rate of speed with cars coming up fast behind me nearly hitting me. Car continued to surge, and then went into limp mode and I had to pull over on the side of the freeway. I brought my car into Honda of San Bruno, California. They informed me after inspection that I had a cylinder three misfire due to a bad head gasket. They are receiving 3 to 4 of these a day and is a huge problem. I later found out that there’s a class action lawsuit for this head gasket failure that put me in danger and now has my car sitting in front of my house unable to drive.

SUSPENSION
Rear camber is set way to aggressive and wearing out the inside of tires VERY QUICKLY!! According to 2 different shops they have adjusted the camber as far as the factory part will allow with the only option is to buy a aftermarket camber arm to get more adjustment. I am on my 3rd set of tires with only 57000 miles. I went father then i should have on replacing the worn (inside of tire past the metal wire) without knowing it was that bad. Could have had a very serios blowout on rear. Dealer ship said none of this would be covered under warranty!! the wear started form the get go and might can get the 1st alignment information from the shop that performed the alignment. Other individuals I know they have accords and civics in the 23 and newer are having simular issues!! Pics in file are both rear tires that had been rotated 3 times in aprox 20k and alignment checked.

Yesterday, January 30, 2026 as I was driving (approximately 30mph) my car seized, came to a stop, dashboard lit up with multitude of words/symbols. After approximately 15 seconds I was able to use the gas pedal and the car drove. My safety was at risk, this sudden stop jolted me hard. If there was another vehicle behind me I would have been hit. The warning messages were so quick and cleared away with seconds that I cannot recall. I drove to my local dealer and the battery cables were checked and ok. I scheduled an appt for Monday Feb. 2nd as this was Friday. On January 21st this local dealer replaced my battery, after months of "computer glitches" that were never resolved with two dealers and 4 dead batteries.

STEERING
I am submitting this complaint to report an ongoing steering system issue that I believe may involve the Electric Power Steering (EPS) motor and could affect safe vehicle operation. The primary symptoms are (1) a clicking sound associated with steering while driving, and (2) a loud creaking sound when turning the steering wheel while stopped or at very low speed. The condition has persisted and has not been resolved after I brought the vehicle to an authorized Honda dealer. The dealer acknowledged the problem, identified the EPS motor area as the source, and indicated Honda is aware of the issue but currently does not have an available fix. Because this issue is related to the steering system, I feel unsafe driving the vehicle and I am concerned that continued operation could lead to a loss of steering assist or another steering-related malfunction.

SERVICE BRAKES, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
Driving on the white horse pike in Berlin New Jersey at 1:39pm on January 21st and my BREAK light warning light came on. There was nothing in front of me, I was doing 40mph. The roads were dry, There were no cars near me, and no traffic. It happened again on the same day January 21st, on the White Horse Pike in Lindenwold New Jersey. This one happened at 520pm, I was doing 45mph and my BREAK warning light came on. The road was dry, there was no traffic on the road, and no cars or debris in the road either.
