AC Lines RAM LIGHT DUTY. For AC Refrigerant Low pressure, AC blows warm, Not Cold, not cold enough, there is an investigation for a low charge on the HVAC diagnosis. Please when you detected an issue related with the R134a or 1234YF as a possible leaks, AC blows warm or not cold, prior to replacement or reload refrigerant, contact Juan Carlos Mendez at +52 1 55 1339-0508 (Mexico phone number) or by email: Juan Mendez at [email protected] Elsy Valencia at [email protected] Manuel Cruz at [email protected], to receive more information. In case of suspected loss of refrigerant, A/C system should be thoroughly inspected for evidence of leaks using black light. The system contains fluorescent die which should assist in determining a leak location and mark it. If there is an indication of any leak on the ports/caps, do not remove the ports, consider replacing the complete AC line and return it to FCA for analysis. If there is an indication of any leak on the seal washer, do not remove the washer, consider replacing the complete AC line and return it to FCA for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.

SEAL, Input If looking to replace stubshaft due to ATX fluid leaking, do not replace PTU seals. None of the seals from the PTU side will need to be replaced whenever the ATX stubshaft is replaced, even though V-seal (68408748A$) is in direct contact with the stubshaft, it will not avoid grease/oil leakage from transmission side. PTU V-seals are intended to act as a dust cover for stubshaft - PTU input shaft spline interface. PTU Input shaft seal (68408749A$) is intended to hold PTU oil and debris ingress; it should be replaced only if the fluid leakage is confirmed to be PTU oil and not ATX trans. fluid.

Flash: Driver Door Module (DDM) and Passenger Door Module (PDM) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the DDM and PDM with the latest available software. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: B1F04-15 - Mirror Fold Control-Circuit Short To Battery Or Open. This DTC cannot be cleared without resetting the modules. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Exterior mirrors do not return to the original position after shifting out of reverse gear. Exterior mirrors continue to tilt downwards even after shifting out of reverse gear. Automatic window express-up/down (driver and/or passenger) operation continues after an engine start without customer pushing/pulling the switches.

RADIO, MULTI Media For RA3 and RA4 8.4? radio concern of reoccurring update request pop-up on each key cycle after a radio FOTA (Firmware Update Over the Air) has been completed, please DO NOT replace the radio. To recover the radio, 12v power needs to be disconnect from the radio to clear radio memory either by removal of the radio fuse or preforming a battery disconnect. Note: Fuse removal is the preferred method. The radio needs to be disconnected from power long enough to clear memory and discharge the Capacitance within the radio. Please refer to the latest in diagnostics for further information.
