  TPM Sensor 2016 WK/WD vehicles only - Engineering is investigating a Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) issue for TPM lamp ON and Active diagnostic trouble codes C1501-31, C1502-31, C1503-31, C1504-31. 2015 & 2016 TPM Sensors ARE NOT interchangeable.~ As part of normal diagnostics tool # 9936 TPM-RKE Analyzer can be used to wirelessly retrieve TPM sensor data and aid you in diagnosing. The tool filters data by year and body style. Be sure to update the tool to Software Version 16.01 and check for updates periodically. Vehicles and new TPM info is added several times a year. Updates are available through TechCONNECT home page; Service Tools & Equipment; Tire Pressure Monitor Tool; Software Downloads. Prior to replacing any components on MY16 WK/WD vehicles, please contact Raja Charabuddi on cell (248) 202-7313 or Brian Malski on cell (248) 892-1514. If no response within 15 minutes, proceed with repair.

  3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel - Sales Code EXF A crankshaft locking tool marked 630 is installed on all 3.0L EXG long blocks (Lower rear left side of block under starter location). This tool locks the crankshaft at 30? ATDC. Refer to: Valve Timing ? Standard Procedure ? LOCKING ENGINE 30 DEGREE AFTER TDC IN TechCONNECT for further details. This tool must be removed after the the injection pump has been installed on the engine. The tool will be replaced with the engine block plug from the engine being removed. The engine will not turn over with this tool installed.~

  RA2 RG2 RJ2 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves updating the radio's software. The customer may notice one or more of the following: Enhancements to software to correct an issue with the heated seat icon showing up in blue and the heated steering wheel icon remaining a constant red when off instead of grey induced by 15.24.00 flash. · During an ignition cycle, there is loss of functionality to play from the list of media sources: USB (Universal Serial Bus)/SD (Secure Digital) Card/Bluetooth streaming device. Intermittently missing tracks on USB/SD Card media modes. · Potential for inoperative or blank radio display. Radio displays message Please insert update USB.
