The 8" digital cluster has gone blank. I cannot see any gauges, mileage, fuel or warnings messages. This is a major safety issue that should not be on the owner and should be covered by a recall. I brought it to the dealer to perform a test on the cluster and they came back saying it would need a replacement for $1800. A digital cluster should last the life of a vehicle not go out in the first 3 years just out of warranty.

[XXX]- Vehicle did not start, instrument cluster blacked out, infotainment screen blacked out. disconnected/reconnected battery myself everything worked. [XXX]- Instrument cluster blacked out, disconnected/reconnected battery myself, everything worked, dealership still towed vehicle in to diagnose. Same day dealership said the battery was "a little low" so they put a small charge on it and everything checked out fine. They said when I disconnect/reconnect the battery the codes are reset. So i should hope that the issue does not happen again but if it does, don't disconnect/reconnect the battery. [XXX]- Instrument cluster blacked out, drove straight to dealership where the service writer witnessed the issue and started a service file. Codes were pulled and in just the four days since it was last in the dealership there were multiple codes recorded (appx 40 over the four days). Diagnosis was a bad instrument cluster/computer module that is attached. It was replaced and vehicle returned 04 August 2025. [XXX]- Instrument cluster blacked out, drove straight to the dealership, where Service Writer, Service Manager, and Parts Manager all witnessed the same issue. Started another service file. As of the writing of this information, 08 August 2025, the vehicle is still in the shop. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

We had our truck in SEVERAL times when under warranty for repair because the truck back axle was jumping and jerking at low speeds (30-40). of course our luck, they can't find anything wrong. then it goes out of warranty and the back right axle goes out and it is undriveable. We repair it at an expense of 1400.00 in 2024 and now the other back axle went out and it cost 1200.00. Talking with other Ford owners and mechanics, this is a known issue and Ford isn't doing anything about it. Is there any help we can get in matter, Ford says there isn't.

On Sunday, [XXX], I was driving on a state highway in my 21 Ford F150 FX4 with my family. 67mph, 73 degrees sunny outside. The front portion of my moonroof/sunroof exploded, shooting glass shards internally all over my truck/passengers and externally into the bed of my truck, and into the boat I was towing. Multiple people had glass shards embedded in their skin. There were no other vehicles nearby, and there was no prior damage to the sunroof/moonroof of the vehicle. The truck gave no warning or signs of malfunction prior to the event. The sunroof was closed, and all windows in the vehicle were closed. On Monday morning ([XXX]), I took my truck to the local Ford service center, and they inspected it, shocked at the results. They filed a claim that Ford denied because the windows are not covered by my extended warranty. They wanted to charge me $ 4,000 for the repair/replacement of the glass and track. I have been on the phone with Ford Protection and Ford Customer Service (Aug 6th, 2025), trying to get something resolved, and Ford continues to deny responsibility. While driving there was a loud "boom" noise and the panoramic sunroof rear glass panel exploded. I was not driving under any overpasses, and no objects were kicked up on the roadway in front of me. Pieces of shattered glass fell down onto my two small children in the backseat who thankfully were not cut by the glass. Center section of the glass was blown out, and the surrounding glass was pushed outward indicating that the glass blew out from inside outward. After pulling over I observed two cracks running the length of each side of the glass near the edges, indicating possible stress cracks from expansion of the glass inside of the frame. This is a known issue by Ford Motor Company, with a current class action lawsuit regarding various Ford vehicles. The truck was taken to a dealership who denied a warranty claim, even given the circumstances regarding the incident.

While proceeding through a four-way stop, my vehicle unexpectedly lost driveline engagement. The engine began free-spinning while still in "Drive," and the truck stopped accelerating, leaving me stranded in the middle of the intersection. I had to shift repeatedly between Park and Drive before the vehicle would respond and move again. This is not an isolated incident. The same failure occurred previously in early 2024. The vehicle has also exhibited persistent transmission issues, including gear hunting and harsh downshifts, particularly a hard clunk during the 4–3 shift on deceleration. The dealer has dismissed these symptoms in the past, stating it was due to the transmission being "cold." However, the intermittent loss of driveline engagement presents a serious safety risk to myself and others, especially when it occurs in active traffic situations. This is the second time the vehicle has left me stranded without warning. I’m extremely concerned that Ford has not addressed this recurring safety issue. The condition is unpredictable and dangerous. Immediate investigation and corrective action are needed.

Have contacted 2 different Ford dealers starting from November 2024, when I bought the truck, to get this recall repaired. Dealers tell me they'll order the parts and get back to me, but never call me back. When I call them they tell me there's nothing they can do. This recall was issued in August of 2023. I've recieved 4 different recall letters since November of 2024 for different probmems related to my truck. It's been 2 years that have gone by with no remedy to repair this recall of the axle bolts breaking...I guess they're waiting until I'm in an accident and sue them before they'll do anything....This is BS...!

The 2024 F150 3.5 Ecoboost engine in my truck will surge when accelerating after a cold start. The issue always happens when you first get going and it goes away after the truck has driven off. It feels as if it is starving of fuel and has never thrown a code.

The 2024 F150 10R80 transmission in my truck has an issue where on cold starts it will hesitate and then clunk going into 5th gear. You can avoid this by shifting into reverse first and then shift into drive. This does not throw a code and seems to go away after the transmission warms up.

Spontaneous shatter of the entire rear glass, outward, when shutting the rear door. There was no crack in the glass. The truck is still under full warranty but Ford will not even respond at this point. As you can see from the photos, the glass blew out backwards. A google search and forum search indicates there could be a recurrent issue with the Ford vehicle.

- #11678166August 4, 2025FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
We were told, our truck had a loss of fuel pressure and flow from the fuel tank due to fuel pump failure. This can cause a lack of fuel delivery to the engine and result in an engine stall while driving. That’s what happened to us. Prior to fuel pump failure, we experienced poor engine performance (misfiring or running rough), a check engine light, and a reduction in engine power. The engine stalled while driving on the highway and increased the risk of a crash being stuck on the side of the road up a hill like we were. I was reaching out to see if we are able to get a refund.
