I am submitting this formal escalation request regarding my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe (VIN XXX). My vehicle has an extensive and well-documented history of mechanical failure, unresolved safety concerns, and open recalls without available remedies. I am requesting immediate senior-level review and written confirmation of the vehicle’s current stop-sale / stop-drive status and repair pathway. Timeline of Key Events February 9, 2024 — Full Engine Replacement: At approximately four months old, the engine failed completely and required a full replacement at Mullahey CDJR. Vehicle was inoperative for 28–29 days. Stellantis Case #XXX(“Gigi”) was opened. I reported significant inconvenience, lack of a comparable rental, and concern about future reliability. October 2024 — Second Breakdown / Powertrain Issues: Vehicle experienced additional engine and powertrain failures resulting in renewed service delays. Stellantis Case #XXX(2024) was opened. Case managed by Dustin Keyes (ext. XXX). Issues included loss of power, extensive repair wait times, and no clarity on whether the vehicle was placed under a formal stop-sale / stop-drive hold during the repairs. October 2025 — Active Federal Safety Recall: The vehicle is now listed under NHTSA Recall 25V-710 (Stellantis A7C) — “Recall Incomplete – Remedy Not Yet Available.” Defect involves loss of motive power while driving due to internal communication failures between the HCP and TBM modules. There is no current remedy, creating an ongoing safety risk. Conflicting Case Status Oct 27 2025 7:30 a.m. PT: Customer Care agent Gerry confirmed Case #XXX is open and assigned to Patricia Miller. Oct 28 2025 10:42 a.m. PT: An email from [email protected] stated that “there is no active case open for you or manager handling your file.” As of today, no one from Stellantis management or the assigned case handler has contacted me.

My 2023 jeep wrangler 4xe indicated a service charging system notification on dash on 29oct2025. It turns on to acc mode only, but does not fully turn on to drive, it is immobilized. 30oct2025, I called jeep roadside assistance to have towed to neareat jeep repair shop, which is autonation jeep Carlsbad. The ABS Module has failed causing the stabiltrak , brake light , and ABS lights to come on the dash. We took it to the dealer and evidently this is a common issue with the jeep wranglers and dodge rams.. So much that the part is back ordered and there is no eta. Some people have been waiting over a year. They say it’s under engineering review. Anyway My Wife was driving the other day and someone had pulled out in front of her and she hit the brakes real hard and it made a weird noise and the brakes locked up. Almost causing her to swerve and lose control. I have the service report that says ABS module and backed ordered with no eta.. I have heard other peoples jeeps just going over to broke mode and can only drive 30 mph. It’s crazy? What are we the consumer supposed to do. Can’t afford to trade it in for another vehicle. But need a vehicle for work or keep driving it and hope brakes or something else doesn’t fail when you need it… Thank You

The ABS Module Failed while Driving. Yes it is available for inspection. The 2017 Jeep Wrangler stopped abruptly. Then it barely moved when I continued to press on the Accelerator pedal. Then it ran normal for about a mile, then it started jerking like I was depressing the brake pedal, intermittently. The safety of myself and others was put at risk by the sudden braking without any input from me. Yes, the problem has been confirmed by an independent service center. No, the vehicle has not been inspected by the Police, Manufacturer, or Insurance Representatives. The ABS lamp came on, as well as others. It has been at the service shop for one month. The owner of the shop told me that the "working" part is unavailable, right now. He is looking in Junkyards for a used part. I wrote an email to [XXX] " and they said that they're not working on Jeeps with this problem right now, because they can't get the "chips" (Micro processors). I called the Jeep Dealership, they told me that the part would cost me $371.70. Then I talked with the service Manager. He told me that installation and programming would cost me $490.00 + tax. That's a total of $861.70. Then he mentioned it could take 2 years, 1 year; or 6 Months to get the part. He said that he just got one in, and the lady had waited since February (8 Months) to get her part. Different year models require different versions of this part, and it is made in China. This shortage of ABS Modules has been going on for years! I have done multiple searches on the internet, and I found that there are thousands of people with this problem. I also found out that the ABS modules for sale on Amazon and Ebay do NOT work. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

On August 6, 2025, while driving at approximately 65 mph on the highway, the vehicle experienced a sudden and total loss of motive power. The engine warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle would not accelerate, forcing an emergency maneuver across multiple lanes of traffic to reach the shoulder. This failure occurred just one day after a warranty repair for the same issue, and followed a previous 199-day repair for a known camshaft defect. This sudden power loss in highway traffic created an extreme and unreasonable risk of a high-speed collision and serious injury.

Faulty CANBUS connector/CANBUS failure. This issue tends to be a random and inconvenient occurrence which can be difficult to initially diagnose. Causes the jeep to stall, power steering to fail, causes all dash lights to light up and keeps the jeep from start up. Acts as if the part needs to cool down before the jeep will restart. The failure of this part has caused the jeep to stall on the highway at high speeds. Two manufacturer dealers inspected the battery, auxiliary battery, alternator and starter; found no issue with those parts. One dealer said our issue was due to the ABS module; replaced it and it did not fix the issue. Replaced the CANBUS connector and the issue has resolved. This is a known issue among jeeps both new and old and can pose a serious safety risk. To answer the question of how fast the vehicle was going when this issue occurred; the failure of this part happens at both highway speeds and residential speeds. There are currently 52,XXX miles on our jeep and the failure started, roughly, April of 2019. Jeep was purchased, brand new, April of 2018. It started with the jeep failing to start then grew to the jeep entirely stalling out while driving.

The vehicle exhibits a persistent valvetrain ticking noise associated with the rocker/lifter/cam components of the 3.6L Pentastar V6. The engine makes a rhythmic metallic tapping at idle and during acceleration. The noise has progressively worsened, leading to rough idle and occasional misfires. This issue is documented in multiple Stellantis technical service bulletins (e.g., TSB 09-015-24 and TSB 09-011-25) which attribute the noise to hydraulic lash adjuster and cam/rocker wear. If unaddressed, the failure can cause camshaft damage, metal debris contamination, loss of power and potential engine stall, posing a safety risk. The vehicle is available for inspection. The problem has been confirmed by independent mechanics who recommend replacement of the rocker arms, lifters and camshaft to prevent catastrophic engine failure.

I am writing to get a good will repair for my of a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, VIN: [XXX] with approximately 50,000 miles. The estimate for the Jeep/Stellantis repair states after the inspection that my vehicle’s instrument panel cluster (IPC) has a serious internal defect that creates a safety hazard. Wrangler’s instrument panel has gone completely dark, leaving me without access to critical safety information such as speed, warning indicators, and fuel levels. The inspection and dealer diagnosis states that , this failure is due to an internal defect in the IPC, which is identical to the condition described in NHTSA Recall No. 24V-652. Although my VIN is not currently listed under Recall 24V-652, the symptoms and internal defect in my vehicle are the same failure mode as the recalls. Driving without a functioning instrument cluster is unsafe, placing myself and others at risk, and constitutes what is known safety defect with jeep wranglers. Repair or replace the defective instrument panel cluster in my vehicle at no cost, as a goodwill repair or as part of the existing recall. I am asking to be Reimburse me any costs already incurred and related to this defect. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2021 jeep wrangler 4xe , power loss twice after recall was completed in 2022. INCIDENT AFTER RECALL completed. 1st - power loss, turtle sign. got stuck in hope BC, Canada. ECU FLASH fixed it, chilliwack, BC. 57000 miles roughly. Hv battery voltage sensor ckt performance issue. 2nd time- 62000 miles roughly, ABRUPT POWER LOSS on a highway, driving in passing lane 75mph, engine check lights on, after few secs full power loss, all lights on. After 30 mins of park mode, all lights went away. Towed it to dealership. They ordered a part, and is still stuck at dealership, since 15 days. Used my judgement & managed to safely coast and avoided risk of any incident. Turtle sign, and i think and something with battery verbiage popped up. Couldn't take an image as was in reactive mode. Parked and turned off the engine, called tow truck. After coming back from home waiting on a tow truck, turned on the car. All lights gone. Dealership found DTC's , crown jeep dublin perimeter drive, but couldn't recreate as per my knowledge, at this time. I am hoping dealership might fix my car soon. I am reaching out to let you know the recall countermeasure didnt fix the issue. Please push jeep for a permanent hard countermeasure, not a band aid. It's not just a severe inconvenience, but major risk for accidents on road. Dealership told me other cars came in for similar issue, due to OTA update for 24my and 25my 4xe's, and it was not applied on my car 21MY. Thanks

I have had 18 visits to 2 Jeep Dealerships for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I have had my radio replaced 3 times and I'm still waiting (its been months!) for another new radio as the current is still going black, powering off, sometimes it responds & sometimes it doesn't. This is EXTREMELY frustrating for a "new" car not to have a functioning radio. But then recently my IC went totally black. No view of my gas gauge!! Of course, my VIN was NOT included in last year's recall but I was able to get this replaced thankfully via the extended warrantee I purchased. I had to pay a $500 deductible for it to be replaced. Same for the radio. At what point does Jeep or Mopar say....this is a serious electrical problem? Isn't anyone trained to get to root cause? I have pictures and videos of the power surging in my dashboard but sure lets keep replacing radios at the customers EXPENSE!

On October 11, 2025, while traveling approximately 50 mph, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe suddenly and without warning lost motive power. The vehicle rapidly decelerated to around 10 mph. Thankfully, no vehicle was immediately behind me; had there been, a rear-end crash likely would have occurred. I was able to pull to the shoulder and had to completely shut down and restart the vehicle to temporarily restore power. I drove the vehicle directly to the authorized Jeep dealership after the incident, and it has remained there since that date. A recall related to this exact failure was issued afterward. My VIN is confirmed as included, and NHTSA status currently shows “Recall Incomplete — Remedy Not Yet Available.” Despite the safety failure already occurring and no remedy existing, Jeep Customer Care closed my case prematurely. I do not feel safe operating this vehicle until a repair is defined and completed. I am reporting this because the hazard remains unresolved, and owner support and protection feel inadequate. This defect occurred before the recall announcement and represents a confirmed loss-of-power safety event that could have resulted in a serious crash.

- #11696139October 28, 2025ENGINE, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
Received over the air Uconnect software update immediately thereafter, vehicle began stalling and putting itself in park before Jeep issued recall A7C (NHTSA 25V-710). Vehicle was towed to Glendale Jeep (Glendale, CA) on 10/11/25 and returned 10/24/25. Dealer mis-stated vehicle out by date on repair order. Upon receiving vehicle back and driving, still noticed a lack of power when accelerating. On 10/26/2025 vehicle infotainment system stopped working, and all infotainment-controlled safety related features stopped working (Collision avoidance, Back up camera etc.). I Reported incomplete repair back to dealer on 10/27/2025. Dealer states that they cannot accept vehicle back for repair as the fix they provided was only temporary. Jeep only provided them a temporary fix and Jeep has not released a complete comprehensive fix. Dealer never disclosed this repair was only temporary when the vehicle was picked up, despite having knowledge of this. Dealer now states that they cannot accept vehicle back or any affected vehicles at this time because they have too many affected Jeep on the lot awaiting the temporary repair. Contacted Jeep numerous times and filed claim. Jeep is delaying rental reimbursement payment under their wave program and not directly providing direct rental replacement vehicle either despite having been sent receipts and proof of repair work order. My vehicle and other Jeeps are not safe to drive with the temporary fix Jeep provided, as the safety features are not functioning. Additionally, The dealer should have not released the vehicle back with knowledge that these safety systems may be compromised. It puts my safety and the safety of other motorist on the road at risk. As of 10/28/25 ,Jeep and the dealer have not provided any instructions on what to do or how to proceed. Vehicle cannot be repaired at this point.

My name is [XXX] , I am a citizen of Ukraine, and I currently reside in [XXX] . I am the owner of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (VIN: [XXX] ), purchased at a U.S. insurance auction in August 2024 and imported to Ukraine. In October 2024, Stellantis/Jeep announced Recall 95B due to a risk of high-voltage battery fire. I contacted Stellantis Global Support and their official representative in Ukraine (Peugeot Citroën Ukraine), but they refused to perform the recall repair, citing that the vehicle was imported from another market and was previously repaired in a non-authorized workshop. The vehicle’s front-end damage was cosmetic only and did not affect the battery or high-voltage system. A full diagnostic inspection at ADIS-MOTOR, an official Jeep service in Odesa, Ukraine, confirmed the battery and all safety systems are fully operational. Despite this, Stellantis refused to include my vehicle in Recall 95B, leaving a fire-risk defect unresolved. I respectfully request that NHTSA review this case and ensure Stellantis fulfills its recall obligations for all affected vehicles, including those exported from the U.S. and located abroad. While driving the 'service shifter' warning will flash and once this happens the steering locks up and the car shuts down. This primarily happens when hitting a bump, pot hole, railroad tracks, etc. After the warning flashes and the steering locks up, every light on the dash comes on as the car is shutting down. The vehicle is in the shop for the 3rd time within 9 months for the same issue. The dealership replaced the star link connector saying that was the issue but it is still occurring. The vehicle is currently in the shop with this issue and they are saying there is nothing wrong and 'no codes being thrown.' We have had this happen at least a dozen times on us while driving. A handful without hitting a bump or one of the specified causes. Once this happens, the car become immobile and has to be towed. The first time this occurred was within 10 days of purchasing the vehicle; it started happening in January and is still occurring. After the dealership 'fixes' it, the issue will not occur for a couple of months then it will happen again.
