This may be due to the body control module C (BCMC). Perform battery drain test, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables - General Procedures - Battery Drain Check. If a battery drain of more than 1 Amp is identified, inspect fuse 8 in the BCMC for available voltage with the vehicle off and resting. If voltage is found, verify the draw is eliminated by removing fuse 8. If removing the fuse eliminates the draw, replace the BCMC.
