  Body Control Module For concern related to DTC U0140 - Lost Communication with Body Control Module, please follow published diagnostic information for this DTC to ensure all module connections are secure. Please check all the connections at BCM from other modules that could potentially report a loss of communication with the BCM and ensure that they are fully seated as per diagnostic information. Some affected modules may include : HVAC-R, Radio, Amplifier (AMP) & Premium, HVAC, ORC, LBSS, RBSS, PCM, EPS, MSMP, AHLM, PTS/PAM, ICS, ESM, RF Hub, RCCC, MSMD, ANC, PLGM, PSDML, DMRL, DMRR, PSDMR, TBM, PDM(DMFL/R), DDM(DMFL/R), DTCM, OCM, ACC, FFCM, DSM, CVPM, VRM, SCCM, FSM, CSWM. *Ensure to check all the wiring harness connected to BCM with Other Modules are proper. *Please disconnect the Battery Negative Cable for 15 minutes and then reconnect. *Clear the codes and check to see if any active DTC's return for U0140 n *If still DTCs U0140 presents then contact Engineering Expert:FCA Redacted Content

Please verify proper functionality of both sliding doors (power or manual) switch the door into manual mode. Then, put the door in secondary and see if it will cinch and release through all inputs (overhead console, key fob, handle grab) 2. If sliding doors operate as expected, do NOT replace sliding door latch(es) 3. PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT, PROCEED WITH INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE LATEST VERSION OF STAR ONLINE PUBLICATION S2307000002. Please submit pictures of the leak area thru the DIDI process outlined in the STAR Online document. NOTE: Some coolant residue may be found at the water pump weep hole plug area which may be normal, but coolant should not be dripping from this location. If unsure about, use the Pressurized Coolant System Inspection process as found in the Dealer Connect Cooling Diagnosis and Testing Procedures.
