On XXX my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer completely shut down while driving down the road without any warnings! This is actually the 3rd time this vehicle has shut down on me and it is absolutely terrifying and a HUGE risk for anyone riding in this vehicle when it happens, as well as other vehicles in its pathway. The first time it happened (XXX) i was driving on a state route about 20 miles from home when I had messages come up on my dashthat functions were going to start shutting down, one after another just minutes prior to it shutting down.I fortunately got pulled off into a parking lot befor I lost the power steering and my vehicle shutting down. The car was taken to a dealership and they had it from XXX Local trip just a few miles from home, and without ANY warning it shut down AGAIN! No chance to pull over! It's so terrifying to be in a lane of traffic and no power to get you off the roadway!! Car went to dealership. They had my car from XXX (about 2 MONTHS!) and without a loaner car I may add!! Again vehicles electrical systems were not charging and the BCM was throwing ECU mismatch codes and the were instructed to replace the entire Power Pack Unit. And now we are on event #3 of losing the entire operation of the power system all while driving down the road and this is absolutely terrifying!! The mild hybrid system in this vehicle is not reliable and is putting peoples lives in danger when it shuts down like this ans without warning to let you know to get off the roadway! I have 6 grandchildrenthat i transport around in my vehicle and fortunately have not been with me on any of these occasions but it is one of my biggest fears is that it could happen when the are in the car and it ends in tragedy. One son who is in law enforcement and has seen many tragedies , has even expressed concern, because he has 2 under [XXX] old that i transport INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

My 2022 Jeep Wagoneer has experienced four separate incidents of complete power loss while being operated. During these events, the electrical displays went dark and electrical functions stopped working on the entire vehicle On [XXX], the vehicle lost all power while I was pulling into my garage. It would not release from Park normally and required wheel skates and towing. The dealership replaced the battery, but the symptoms later returned. On [XXX], the vehicle lost all power while traveling approximately 20–30 mph near [XXX] and [XXX] in heavy holiday traffic. I could not reach the shoulder and stopped in a turning lane without a collision. The vehicle required towing. The dealership told me it performed a computer reset and software update. In approximately February 2026, associated with a February 11 service entry, the vehicle again lost power while driving. I was able to restart it and drive to the dealership. My recollection is that I was told another reset/software update was performed, although the online service summary says “Check Battery.” On [XXX], the vehicle lost all power while traveling approximately 35–40 mph on [XXX]. I was able to pull into a service station, restart the vehicle, and deliver it to Chris Crain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Benton, Arkansas, that day. As of September 30, 2026, the vehicle had remained at the dealership for 33 days without a completed repair communicated to me. A dealership representative, Kim, told me by telephone that technicians had reproduced the failure, suspected an electrical component or connector short, and contacted Jeep engineers. I do not have a confirmed written diagnosis. I am concerned that another unexpected complete power loss in traffic could cause a collision. Similar symptoms have recurred after prior repair efforts, but they all share the same underlying cause. I request review of these incidents as a potential safety defect.
