The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Armada. The contact stated that the vehicle had experienced abnormal battery drain, and the vehicle failed to immediately start. The contact stated that the ABS warning light was illuminated during the failure. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The battery was fully charged at the dealer, and the following day the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

Check engine light and collision lights come on at start of vehicle due to the wiring harness issue. The throttle body and EMC have been replaced. This is a huge safety concern as it effects the engine and the operation of the vehicle. The problem continues even after the dealer has confirmed and reproduced the issue.

Battery drain happens and vehicle Will be hard to start or not start at all. New battery was installed and 4 months later, same issue. It has been taken into dealership multiple times and they can never recreate the issue and have found nothing wrong with the vehicle to repair. This has caused wife and kids to be stranded because vehicle won’t start. No warning lights, nothing that the dealership found to cause issue.

The vehicle radiator fan clutch engaged all the time and slowed acceleration responsiveness. This could cause safety issues when the vehicle responds to gas differently. This seemed to be a common component that goes out on Armada.

The battery in our car has repeatedly drained for no reason. There seems to be an issue with the battery not charging the alternator correctly. At times this causes electrical components to go out.
