SummarySome 2024-2026 F-150, 2025 Explorer/Aviator, 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator, or 2026 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U211B:43:48 stored in the body control module (BCM) when performing a Self-Test. This DTC sets due to an internal BCM timing issue during the self-test process. This specific code has no customer impact and does not cause any drivability concerns or warning messages. Clearing DTC U211B:43:48, reprogramming the BCM, or replacing the BCM is unlikely to prevent this DTC from setting. This DTC does not trigger a condition covered under warranty. Note: This guidance only applies to U211B with the specific failure byte 43 in status 48. Any other trusted real-time operation network (TRON) DTCs or different failure bytes associated with U211B are still applicable and technicians must follow Workshop Manual (WSM) normal diagnostics for those DTCs.

SummaryFor Various Ford and Lincoln vehicles, if diagnostics lead to the replacement of the front seat cushion cover J-clips, lower-level service parts are now available. Use service part W709919-S901 if the J-clip is completely detached from the seat cover and W715386-S424 if the clip is still partially attached. It is not necessary to replace the seat cover if only the J-clip is separating from the cover. Refer to PTS Home > Technical Assistance > Technical Support Videos > Section 501- Body and Paint > Seat J-Clips. For claiming, use causal parts from list below and labor operations 63100A and 63100A5. SummarySome 2013-2016 Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L diesel engine and 2015-2019 Transit vehicles equipped with a 3.2L diesel engine may not pass a state smog test due to the exhaust gas system (EGS) monitor that will not run after completing the exhaust gas sensor drive cycle located within Section 2 of the Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnostics (PC/ED) Manual > Drive Cycles. This may be due to the vehicles diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) age counter being under the 120-minute age requirement. There is an all-new "PCM Catalytic Converter Age Evaluation" application within the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Use this new FDRS application to determine the age (in minutes) of the DOC. If the age is less than 120 minutes, perform manual regenerations to increase the catalyst age counter to satisfy the monitor age requirement. If further assistance is needed, contact the technical assistance center (TAC). Note: this article only applies to the EGS monitor. Problems with other vehicle monitors not running successfully must be addressed using normal diagnostics located i

SummaryThis article supersedes TSB 26-2050 to increase the labor operation allowance of labor operations A and B. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: Poor shift quality Illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2704 and P0771 stored in the PCM/TCM. This may be due to a calibration in the TCM and/or wear between the input shaft and the E clutch hub causing the input shaft O-rings to become damaged resulting in an open E clutch circuit. Additional model information: 6.7L Diesel Engine 2022-2024 F-550 or F-600 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 15-May-2024 with over 5,000 miles (8,000km)

SummarySome 2021-2026 Ford/Lincoln vehicles may exhibit various symptoms including but not limited to the auto start/stop system not operating as intended with a "Check Charging System" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) while the charging system is operating properly with no charging related diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) stored. This may be due to someone using an aftermarket programmer to change the body control module (BCM) configuration to disable the auto start/stop system or perform other unsupported programming modifications. To correct this condition on F-150 and Bronco vehicles, download and run the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) application titled "BCM-Charging System Configuration Correction". Running this application will determine if the BCM configuration was modified by the customer and if so, provide the option to return the configuration back to factory settings. For other vehicle models exhibiting concerns related to unsupported aftermarket BCM programming, submit a Technical Support Request (TSR) requesting support to revert the BCM configuration

SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco/Bronco Sport/Corsair/F-150/F-Super Duty/Maverick/Mustang/Mustang Mach-E/Ranger vehicles may exhibit a no audio/sound condition. This may be due to the software in the audio control module (ACM). To determine if it is a software concern, disconnect the vehicle's 12-volt battery cables for 10 minutes and reconnect. If the concern is still present, continue with normal diagnostics in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing and repair as necessary outside of this article. If the no audio/sound concern is resolved, reprogram the ACM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and labor operations 10654C, 12651D and 12651D4.

SummarySome 2023-2025 Mustang Mach-E and 2024-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 360-degree camera may exhibit a distorted or corrupted 360-degree camera image in the center display screen, but the rear-view camera image is operating correctly. To restore the 360-degree camera image, download and run the "IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Calibration Data" application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Then download and run the "IPMA - 360 Degree View Camera Alignment" application. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected in Q3 of 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, enter a vehicle identification number (VIN) and click the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS

SummarySome 2023-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 10R100 or 10R140 transmission may exhibit an intermittent failure to engage forward or reverse gears and/or a loud whining noise. Additionally, the driver will be able to shift back to park. This may be due to PCM software being unable to command the transmission solenoid clutch actuators when the battery has a low state of charge (SoC) and/or the vehicle has been jump started. To restore proper transmission functionality, charge the battery as stated in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01 Charging System > General Information. Cycle the ignition on then off and leave the vehicle off for 5 minutes to confirm the condition is no longer present. To prevent this issue from reoccurring, refer to the Owner's Manual > Storing Your Vehicle > Preparing Your Vehicle for Storage > 12V Battery. Replacement of transmission components will not resolve this condition. Inform the customer that the condition has no impact on transmission durability. For claiming, use causal part 12A650 and labor operations 12650D, 12650D45, and 12650D81.
