Left front signal light and right rear signal, other vehicle's cannot see where I am turning, yes where i have my oil changed did their inspection, no problem with the bulbs. yes a mechanic, when turn on the signal to turn right the information center said that the back rear signal had failed and when turning left the information center said the front left signal failed.

2014 low beams became dim. I changed out the bulbs for new ones and still cannot drive my vehicle at night. The SRX website states this is a known Cadillac SRX problem but there is no fix except to replace the lights with the same defective lights

The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that while driving at slow speeds during the night, the headlights were dark and failed to provide adequate lighting to safely drive. The driver utilized the high-beam headlights, but there was still inadequate lighting. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the headlights needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. SUSPENSION
The contact owns a 2011 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while driving approximately 20 MPH and making a left turn at an intersection the steering wheel was vibrating and the vehicle began to sway to the left and crashed into a vehicle on the opposite lane. The contact stated that her vehicle had almost made a U-turn due to the uncontrolled swaying. The contact stated that her vehicle crashed the other vehicle on the driver's side front door. The contact stated her vehicle had damage to the right front fender and the front passenger door. The contact stated that the damage to the passenger front door prevented it from being opened. The contact stated that no person involved in the accident was injured. The contact stated that the police were on the scene and issued a report. The contact stated that both vehicles were towed. EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Headlights full of condensation, dirty foggy lense, not enough illumination. Bulbs burning out and have become so dim you can't drive at night and not at all in the rain. Very dangerous. November 24, 2023. Purchased car used in October 2023, and did not drive other than during day light. Took car on a 7 hour trip to Uniontown, PA from Virginia Beach. Could not see the road after 5 pm. It was dark and raining. I had to slow down to a stop in the road until passing cars went by. The headlights on the srx were so dim I could not see the sides of road or the lines painted on road. I contacted Cadillac customer service and they told me take it to dealer to get assessment And not to drive at night in the meantime. My ability to see the road was impossible. I had to practically stopped briefly in the road as oncoming cars passed by. I could only guess that I was still on the road until another car approached from behind to illuminate the road in front of me. It was very dangerous. I am a seasoned driver and I have a older 04 SRX that has original lights and no issues like this 2015 model. Very bad parts. The headlights are a Dangerous driving hazard to both driver, passengers, oncoming cars and cars following if in the road at night. GM needs to do a recall and replace these lights with aftermarket product. Bad manufacturing has made even the OEM replacement unsatisfactory. They will just go bad again.

The forward section of the sunroof exploded into thousands of pieces and fell into the driver and passenger sides of the front seats. This happened while my wife was driving down a rural highway, no other cars or equipment or buildings were near the vehicle when this occurred, open fields on both sides of the highway NOTHING HIT THE GLASS. This is a very big safety issue, the potential response from a driver that unexpectedly has what sounds like a gun go off 12 inches from their head, not to mention all the glass that falls onto them immediately after the explosion.

I almost drove off the road one night because my headlights were so dim on my 2015 Cadillac SRX are so dim at night you can't see anything properly. I had to put on my high beams to even see. I purchased this vehicle used and missed the short period they would replace them. Cadillac has refused to help with this dangerous issue and it's apalling how much money the dealership wants to replace them.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
Today is Saturday, November 11, 2023. While driving my check, engine light came on, and I was given a message on the dash that engine power was reduced. I was only able to drive the car 30 to 45 miles an hour to get home. I have not taken the car to the mechanic yet, but will do so when they open on Monday. I was in a heavily congested area with many cars passing me at great speeds. I connected a code reader to my automobile, and came up with the code P2138. After doing research, it is my understanding that General Motors knows of this problem and has not addressed it at this time. For that reason, I feel I should be reimbursed for mechanic parts and services to repair this problem.

The contact owns a 2012 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while driving 15 MPH and depressing the brake pedal to come into a complete stop, the contact drove over a bump in the roadway and the brakes made an abnormal grinding sound and the brake pedal went to the floorboard. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that there was a stopping distance delay, which caused the vehicle to stop after the stop sign. The contact stated that she pumped the brake pedal and was able to continue driving. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving 5 MPH from a complete stop, the vehicle in front of her stopped abruptly. The contact stated that the vehicle hit a bump while she quickly depressed the brake pedal, and the failure recurred, causing the vehicle to rear-end the other vehicle. The contact stated that it was a fender-bender. There were no injuries sustained. The contact stated that the failure had recurred while driving 45 MPH; however, the roadway was not bumpy. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was purchased, and the dealer performed a brake inspection; however, the cause of the failure could not be determined. Additionally, the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where the brake pads and rotors were replaced, and the brake calipers were inspected; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 105,000.
