Brand new vehicle- 12volt battery failed after 5 weeks. Lexus initially stated battery fine. Then battery failed while in their possession- Lexus replaced battery. Few weeks later battery failed again. Lexus tested & replaced battery for second time - but battery kept draining & they were unable to repair after having vehicle at dealership for 3.5 months

ENGINE
When removing foot from gas pedal the rpm shoot up to almost 4k instead of switching to EV mode or dropping to 1k rpm’s. This has scared my wife causing her to slam on brakes as she thought throttle was stuck since the rpm’s shot up. This is dangerous. It doesn’t happen all the time and Lexus did duplicate it but said was normal.

I bought my car on May 30, 2025, and on June 3, 2025 while driving, the driver’s side rear window behind the passenger’s seat shattered. It sounded like an explosion. No cars were around at the time of the incident. Luckily, the window stayed intact.

From last month, I am receiving a lot of messages on my IPhone that multiple rear doors are open, please check the doors. Over night RX2024H draining the Battery and a lot of time it shows on screen red. Today again it showed only close to 20% charge left. I took the RX to Roseville Lexus and they perform 10K miles service and advise me that this RX350H has issues with the notices sending to owner's cell phones. They advised me to delete my account and logoff on my cell for Lexus App. Now I am driving on GUEST Mode and it still has the Battery issue it is draining over night or when parked in the garage. Chris Lawson at Roseville Lexus told me last month that RX350H has this issue and when battery is dead and car won't start and they called the Lexus service and they sent the AAA and AAA guy. Some of them got more issues and Lexus is not covering it under warranty. When, I called Chris that my batter shows RED on charge and he said, if I want them to check the car dealer will charge $219 for trouble shooting. Please look into it and Lexus should fix the issues in their cars or fix the issues in the applications. it is not safe for driving. The contact owns a 2025 Lexus RX350H. The contact stated that while coming to a stop, the brake pedal and accelerator pedal were both depressed simultaneously. The contact stated that there was a loud sound coming from the engine compartment. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact forcefully depressed the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 119.

Warning lights triggered snd certain electrical vehicle functions affected. Lexus Plano dealer states that wiring is soy based and destroyed by rodents attracted to the wiring and chewing it with result that critical vehicle functions affected and lights, brakes, etc. may not work resulting in crash. Wanted more than $10,000 to rewire vehicle and refused to make repairs under vehicles’ warranty. Apparently common knowledge that Toyota and Lexus are using soy wiring that attract rodents and other animals to eat the wiring. I believe that crashes may be occurring because of chewed through soy wiring and misdiagnosed as driver error, brake, failure, fires, lights out, or other causes because no one is investigating wiring that caused crash. Wiring should be recalled as it poses death, injury, and property damage risks with manufacturers and dealers knowing of the defective wiring and of the risks but intentionally hiding the information, failing to warn, and then making huge profits from the expensive over-priced repairs that are unnecessary if proper wiring is used. We have dealer invoices and repair estimates snd other communications.
