SummarySome 2020-2025 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.

SummarySome 2025 Bronco Sport/Transit vehicles equipped with R-134a refrigerant systems may exhibit a concern of the air conditioning (A/C) blowing warm with a leak detected at the low side service port. This may be due to a concern with the low side service port cap clearance causing the service port valve to open slightly when the cap is fully seated. To correct the condition, discard the old service port cap and service port valve. Install a new service port valve, recharge the system, and install a new low side service port cap using part number DS7Z-19D702-B. For claiming, use causal part 19D702 and labor operation 19700A of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

SummarySome 2022-2025 E-Transit vehicles may exhibit an unsuccessful programmable module installation (PMI) and/or software updates on the GWM using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. FDRS may also show the GWM in the toolbox topology view as having diagonal lines through it, indicating that there is a data error for the GWM. This may be due to missing module configuration data in the Ford database. To correct this condition, select the envelope icon at the top right corner of FDRS, select "Refresh Vehicle Files", then click "Continue". Once the "Refresh Vehicle Files" completes, start a new FDRS session and then reattempt GWM programming. Engineering is working to correct this module data. The concern is expected to be resolved by October 2025.

SummarySome 2022-2025 Transit vehicles may experience an unsuccessful programmable module installation (PMI) on the body control module (BCM) using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic tool. This may be due to a software to hardware correlation issue. This correlation issue has been fixed on the Ford servers. To correct this condition, download and run the "BCM-Body Control Module Installation (PMI)" application using the FDRS scan tool. If the PMI fails with an error stating "check valid application failed" and the self test shows the BCM responds negatively (purple color coding), replace the BCM with service part number NK4Z-15604-E or NK4Z-15604-F. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-10. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and labor operation numbers 12651D and 12651D4 if BCM replacement was not required, 12651D and 12651D5 if BCM replacement was required.

SummarySome 2022-2025 Transit vehicles equipped with a 360 degree camera may exhibit one camera display inoperative with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B12BE:31, B148E:31, B12BF:31 and B115E:31 stored in the image processing module B (IPMB). These DTCs will set when only one camera has the condition. Replacement and/or reprogramming of the IPMB will not resolve this condition. To properly identify which camera/circuit has the condition and requires repair, visually confirm which camera display is inoperative (grayed out/blank/blue). If the condition is intermittent, interview the customer to find out more details and/or review the DTCs stored in the IPMB. The DTC with a status byte of 2F (example: B12BF:31:2F) indicates which camera/circuit has the condition. Repair as necessary. Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 413-13C.
