• The "tailgate motor MUST be inop CONSISTENTLY" and not an intermittent failure.
• The issue must NOT be related to the pinch sensor or tailgate latch.
• A printout of "All DTC check" results must be available.
• There must have been "No prior replacement of the tailgate motor (74961) or the spring assembly (74981)".
• The vehicle "has not been involved in a collision."
• There have been "No repair attempts during this visit." on the tailgate issue.
