Step 1: Retrieve and record all DTCs. C15D9 (Low Air Mass): Perform air mass test, complete system fill, leak-down test, and leak source identification before compressor replacement. C15A1 (Unable to Obtain Desired Ride Height): Verify ride height, perform leak-down test, inspect valve block, air lines, and air springs. C1562-98 (Over Temperature): Inspect for excessive compressor run time, leaks, low air mass, and restrictions before condemning the compressor. If a leak is found, repair the leak and verify operation before replacing the compressor. If no leak is found, perform compressor functional evaluation. If moisture is in the lines and valve block, then evacuate or replace lines. Only replace the compressor when a defect is verified (internal leak, failed solenoid, weak output, seized motor, failed functional test, or electrical failure). SummaryFUEL PUMP/LEVEL UNIT MODULE For vehicles with Saddle Fuel Tanks, need to determine if there are any DTCs in wiTECH. Follow Service Diagnostics published prior to making any changes. Review any existing SOL or TSBs published for customer complaint issue. Only the Fuel Pump Module should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 1. Only the Auxiliary Level Sender should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 2. If there is a mixture of DTCs between the Fuel Pump Module and the Auxiliary Level Sensor, then investigate if there is a Jumper Harness or circuit issue between the Level Sender and the PCM. Verify fuel transfer between auxiliary tank and the primary tank by monitoring the auxiliary level sensor to verify it drops after driving.

Also, consider the following: 1) Remove OFA 2) Replace only the oil inlet O-ring and gaskets (seals kit in SOL above). 3) Re-install the OFA. For 2023MY and beyond use black O-ring. For 2022MY and prior use red O-ring. Note: When replacing OFA, it may be necessary to transfer the Oil Temp/Pressure Sensor from the old OFA to the new OFA.
