SummarySome 2023-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 10R100 or 10R140 transmission may exhibit an intermittent failure to engage forward or reverse gears and/or a loud whining noise. Additionally, the driver will be able to shift back to park. This may be due to PCM software being unable to command the transmission solenoid clutch actuators when the battery has a low state of charge (SoC) and/or the vehicle has been jump started. To restore proper transmission functionality, charge the battery as stated in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01 Charging System > General Information. Cycle the ignition on then off and leave the vehicle off for 5 minutes to confirm the condition is no longer present. To prevent this issue from reoccurring, refer to the Owner's Manual > Storing Your Vehicle > Preparing Your Vehicle for Storage > 12V Battery. Replacement of transmission components will not resolve this condition. Inform the customer that the condition has no impact on transmission durability. For claiming, use causal part 12A650 and labor operations 12651D, 12651D45, and 12651D80.

SummarySome 2025-2026 Bronco, Bronco Sport, F-Super Duty, Maverick, Mustang, Mustang Mach-E, Ranger and Transit vehicles may exhibit a no audio/sound condition. This may be due to the software in the audio control module (ACM). To determine if it is a software concern, disconnect the vehicle's 12-volt battery cables for 10 minutes and reconnect. If the concern is still present, continue with normal diagnostics in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing and repair as necessary outside of this article. If the no audio/sound concern is resolved, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by September 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the ACM and or audio digital signal processing module (DSP) may not resolve this condition at this time. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a customer's vehicle exhibits this concern, submit a Vehicle Concern Report.

SummarySome 2025-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles built without lane departure warning (built with minor feature code HLEAA) and 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 26-Mar-2026 may exhibit a clicking or creaking type noise when turning the steering wheel during low-speed maneuvers. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). If a vehicle exhibits this condition, use a chassis ears tool and place the microphone clamp on or near the universal joint yoke of the steering column upper shaft (below the column). Turn the steering wheel with the vehicle stationary to replicate the concern. If the same noise is clearly heard through the chassis ears at this location, replace the steering column upper shaft (base part number 3E751). Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 211-04. For claiming, use causal part 3E751 and service labor operations 3676AUP and 1006D.
