SummarySome 2021-2025 F-150 vehicles built on or before 30-Apr-2025 equipped with the 9.75" rear axle (minor feature code EGPAF) may exhibit a drive pinion seal leak. To confirm a vehicle is built with a minor feature code EGPAF, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number in the upper left-hand corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to the rear axle drive pinion seal. To correct this condition, replace the rear axle drive pinion seal with revised part number NL3Z-4676-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-02. For claiming, use causal part number 4676 and labor operation 4676A.

SummarySome 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 360 degree camera may exhibit a distorted or blurry 360 degree camera image in the center display screen but the rear view camera image is operating correctly. To restore the 360 degree camera image, download and run the "IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Calibration Data" application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Then download and run the "IPMA - 360 Degree View Camera Alignment" application. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected by the end of 2025. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

All vehicles are verified as filled with refrigerant at the plant and the A/C refrigerant system contains dye from the plant to help identify the source of leaks. Prior to any A/C compressor replacement or simply recharging the A/C system, the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 412-00 > Diagnosis and Testing > Refrigerant Leak Detection has been updated to provide diagnostics for A/C leaks at all connection points.

SummarySome 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition/Navigator, Escape/Corsair, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang, Maverick vehicles equipped with a 1.5/2.0/2.3/3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on 01-Oct-2024 and through 31-May-2025 may exhibit an extended crank condition, strong fuel smell in the engine oil, high engine oil level and may have various drivability diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the fuel injection pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the high pressure fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in the Workshop Manual, Section 303-04A. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. For claiming, if fuel injection pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article. Note: Components damaged as a result of this failure mode
