The rear backup camera intermittently is black or has the last backup image being shown. I took my Bronco into the Ford dealer where nothing could be found wrong after having my Bronco for two days. I was told if the backup camera malfunctioned happened again to take video and pictures of what happened, then bring into the dealer that day if the dealer was open so they could see if they issue remained. I did and was told by another service representative the service department couldn't take a look at the vehicle today a Friday and to bring it in Monday. When I got back my Bronco and restarted the rear camera was functioning correctly. I do have pictures and video of the last image remaining when I placed my Bronco in reverse. One image on the left side of the IMG_5347.jpeg attached shows the image of the reverse image prior to the current backup image. The right side of the picture shows the actual image in reverse. The image IMG_5348.jpeg shows the mileage and the vehicle in reverse. The pdf documents the Ford dealer service department could not find the issue that happen prior to 09/04/2024 service date. I have a video of trying to use the backup camera with the previous image shown in left side of the screen showing what happens. It doesn't happen all the time. If you turnoff vehicle and restart the issue goes away.

Driving at 65 mph on an interstate highway the infotainment console suddenly shut down and then the entire vehicle lost acceleration and came to quick slow crawl. There was NO braking, accelerating or changing 2wd/4wd modes before this happened. This posed a safety hazard to driver behind me as I did not have time to apply the brake pedal, not sure if the brake lights would have worked anyways in afterthought. There were NO warning lamps, messages or any other symptoms of the problem prior to failure. It just instantly happened. The vehicle was driven with the slow crawl off the interstate to the nearest parking lot. The dealer was notified by phone immediately with no remediation. The vehicle was shut down completely and restarted after a few minutes. The infotainment console slowly turned on. This is the second time this has happened. The vehicle has been to the dealer's service center for both incidents. The dealer stated the 1st time it may be a bad battery but not sure. The 2nd time they did not see any error codes on their reader, and they left it at that. They could not replicate the safety hazard. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police or insurance representative. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request.

Ford has issued a recall for my Bronco but states in the recall that the remedy is anticipated to be available Q3 2025 because parts are not available. We rent our car out on Turo to help offset the payments and now it has been unlisted from Turo because of the recall. I am expected to continue making payments to Ford even though they are stating that it will take 5-8 months for the remedy to be available. This is totally unacceptable on Ford’s part, as they should be able to come up with a remedy and/or parts in a more timely manner. A major corporation like Ford cannot simply issue recalls and then in the same breath say that there is no fix on the horizon for it so the consumer must just deal with it.

Stitching and seals on the soft top have separated creating concern over large tear that could separate the soft top material from the frame and cause a safety issue. Brought this to the attention of the local dealer and said it would be addressed but they failed to address issue with return communication from dealer. Took to another dealer and Ford refused to repair despite it being approved previously and the stitching separating even further. The vehicle has been well maintained and not abused in any form or fashion. This is a concerning issue

Vehicle was shifted into 4L on a relative flat surface. Vehicle would not indicate successful transfer to 4L, just a blinking 4L indicator light and then a message to place vehicle in N and then pull forward. After unsuccessful attempt to engage 4L, tried to return to regular driving mode and vehicle would not. After turning car off and even disconnecting battery, vehicle would not function as expected. Returned to the vehicle and got a Powertrain Malfunction error and service message. Called Ford and had it shipped to Landers Ford in Southaven Mississippi and awaiting inspection.

Factory hard top developing cracks around the corner of the back window on the passenger side. Vehicle is still under the 3-year / 36,000 mile factory warranty. This is the first instance that I have experience with this type of cracking on the factory hard top, and appears to be a known issue to Ford Motor Company since they have issued a General Service Bulletin (23-7004) regarding this type of issue. I am in the process of having the vehicle inspect by local Ford dealership for warranty claim. As a consumer, I do have concern about the long term durability of the hard top or any factory replacements. There are numerous examples of owners that have had multiple hard top replacements under the factory, in some cases 3-4 hard top replacements, prior to exhausting the 3 -year /36,000 mile factory warranty. These cracking issues associated with this hard top can present at different points in the part lifetime; In some cases within a few hundred miles and in others, not until the vehicle has surpassed the factory warranty. Regardless of lifespan, which does appear to be much short than a consumer would expect, The greatest concern I have as a consumer is the potential for this part to suddenly and unexpectedly fail without warning, and potential risk that could have on the vehicles' occupants or other vehicles on the roadway. The inner core of these factory hard tops are made come a cardboard composite material; Ford has stated the cracks are generally cosmetic in nature, but myself, as well as numerous other owners, have concern that with time, if moisture penetrates the hairline cracks, the cardboard may cause unexpected deteriorate enhancing risk for part failure. This gives consumer a false sense of safety and security. Ford should be finding a long term solution to this issue instead of replacing factory hard tops replacements of the same kind that also fail. It is a matter of time before injury or death occurs due to Ford's lack of a long-term solution.

I am respectfully requesting that MHTAS submit to Ford an alternative Ford parts subsitution to nullify the recall for my Bronco and others to whom this applies. The recall states that replacement parts will not be available until 3rd quarter of 2025. I have been informed by the dealership service manager that these defective rear shocks could be replaced with Ford heavy duty shocks which should exempt the need for a recall. This alternative was submitted to Ford by my dealer and was refused with no explaination.

On Monday Jan 27 2025 i took my 2024 ford bronco in for routine maintenance and check up. Upon completion of these services my 2024 ford bronco was in terrific condition. Everything came back great they even coded it and it was good. By Wednesday [XXX] at [XXX] there was an issue with the Bronco it wouldn't detect the key fob it said no key detected on the dashboard. So I got my second key Fob and it also wasn't detected so then went to get new batteries for the key fob the car was not drivable at that time switched batteries twice still no detection. Called service at Rivertown ford to get assistance service person came to us because there was nowhere we could find the emergency fail safe that all the bronco of this year has since it's a push start button to start car. He did find the fail safe in the center console under the carpet and able to start car from there. Gary the service person told me it safe to drive back to rivertown service so they can find out what going on. Once in the service it was stated that it is radio transimission control module radio frequency failure. That it was ok to drive till they got part in. Didn't get half way home when a warning light came on that the tire pressure sensor failed so I took Bronco back immediately agian Gary service person told me it was safe to drive till they get the part ordered and in to service the Bronco. I called Ford corporation reported this issue with them Tei is the agent i spoke to from ford Corp. Case number is [XXX]. My concern is i have had plenty of vehicles in my lifetime and these services and mechanics tell you anything at times to justify the means a new car. I need to know it's safe to drive and if there is issues someone gonna pay attention take it seriously and fix it. There was no warning that fob was bad other than the no key detected and then later tire pressure sensor failure did come on. If this car is unsafe to drive or more of internal electric issue is coming address it INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATI

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that after parking and turning off the vehicle, the "Steering Assist Fault, Service Required" message was displayed. The message disappeared after restarting the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The failure recurred while pressing the Auto Start/Stop button without depressing the brake pedal. The engine revved abnormally loud while the vehicle was parked. The messages "Steering Assist Fault, Service Required", "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available," and "Service Advancetrac" were displayed. The ABS and battery warning lights were illuminated. The engine then inadvertently turned off, and the radio switched on and off. Roadside Assistance arrived on the scene and the contact stated that when the tow truck driver started the vehicle, the messages and warning lights were no longer illuminated or displayed. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure for the second time. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 9,929.

- #11639864January 31, 2025FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM, ENGINE
When driving on the highway and pressing down on the gas pedal, the bronco immediately stalled without warning. The vehicle gradually slowed down and I was unable to do anything except turn the wheel. I was lucky that there was a shoulder to pull over to. (This time of year there are tons of spots on the highway that there isn't a shoulder to pull over to and could have posed a HUGE safety issue!) Even with the shoulder, large vehicles were driving by at speeds of 80mph with just a few feet of clearance. I was unable to start the vehicle after multiple attempts. Electrical power to the vehicle still worked. I had to call a tow truck and tow us the remaining way to our destination. After several hours (roughly 3 hours) the vehicle was able to start again. I drove to the dealership to have them look at it. They could only tell me that it was a low fuel pressure incident and could not replicate it. They said could just be "bad gas". This same exact incident -vehicle stalling while driving and pressing on the gas pedal, without any warning, has happened two additional times since this major incident. I took it to another dealer to have it looked at again and they said almost the exact same thing. System shows a low fuel pressure event but that they can't replicate it. I believe it could be tied to the NHTSA Action Number PE24019 that is currently under investigation. This is an extremely dangerous issue and wildly unpredictable that could leave me stranded or hit on the side of the road at anytime. Additionally, it's frustrating to see the possible issue under investigation for recall since July 2024 (before any of my issues) and have neither of the two dealerships tell me this information after I specifically asked if there had been any similar incidents reported. I had to do my own research to find this. Please help! Please recall!

“Check brake system” notification came up on dash screen. Called dealer and scheduled appt. On the way to the dealer at 70mph the brake pedal locked, pedal was incredibly hard to press and I had to kick the brake pedal to engage the brakes. Brake pedal then felt normal, but has been squishy and hard since that point. Car has 40k miles

There is a bulletin that ford sent out that includes wipers intermittently not working properly when detecting rain. The issue happens when the normal steady wiper speed is selected and the issue isn’t resolved until the wipers are turned off and on again then the issue persists. Ford will not cover this issue even with a bulletin for a car 2,000 miles over their warranty. Further more fords extended warranty they offer at their dealerships will not cover this issue as well even though it extends the manufacturer warranty. This is a safety issue while driving in the rain

I pulled up to a parking spot and when I tried to brake to place my car into park my brakes would not engage and my vehicle kept moving forward. I had to slam my car into park to prevent from slamming into a barrier. My rear camera goes in and out of a blank screen when “backing up” or reversing.

Drivers side front door window vibrates and shakes significantly when in the open half-way position or less. When driving over bumps, rough roads, offroad it is very present. Window has to remain closed or fully open position. Hall Ford Dealer in Elizabeth City NC has been aware and confirmed it's an issue but they don't have a fix for it.
