Windshield is leaking water/rain inside vehicle. I have it at All American Ford Old Bridge,NJ, for 15 days now and they want to charge me portion $256.76 plus tax. BUt, the Bronco has recall 222c12 or 25C52. I was willing to pay not knowing that there as a recall but they said if it breaks or cracks or chips while doing work they are not responsible to cover new windshield. please advise. They show on Ford recall website the recall complete, but my windshield was never removed, resealed and reinstalled. So that is a lie/fraud on All American Ford part. Please help. I have 2 other major issues with Bronco as well which are recalls that they made me pay for or did not resolve as of yet. I already paid for a middle roof panel and now front passenger roof panel must be replaced (recall 26S32) and they say it is not part of recall. And, the safety concern is the car just turned off on major highway 2 different episods one in May on NJ Turnpike I was almost hit from behind and the other was on Route 35 in Seaside Park, NJ in August. Same dealership said they can't experience it so they cannot diagnose and repair it. It is the fuel pump/loss of power issue #26V236000. the car has to be restarted and there is no warning. I am very worried about this.

The vehicle was parked in my garage, engaging from park to Drive. The glass blew out from the inside out and the struts shot outward. Luckily, there was no injuries caused by this, but if I were to be driving it could have caused an accident. the dealership said that the manufacturer would deny the claim that there was a manufacturing defect and I went through insurance to correct the issue. there were no warnings, lights, or otherwise associated with this sudden window break.

On XXX, our 2023 Ford Bronco, VIN [XXX], was stopped on an incline. The vehicle was not moving, and the driver exited the vehicle believing it was in Park. The vehicle was actually still in Drive. A passenger remained in the vehicle. While the Bronco was stationary, the passenger pressed the START/STOP button from the passenger seat to turn the vehicle off. Immediately after the vehicle was switched off, it began rolling backward down the incline. The passenger was unable to safely stop the vehicle and attempted to exit the moving Bronco. The open vehicle door struck the passenger in the back of the leg/hip area. The passenger had to throw herself to the ground to avoid being dragged, run over, or more seriously injured. The Bronco went off a significant drop off and crashed into a tree. The passenger narrowly escaped the vehicle before it went over the drop off. After the incident, the vehicle displayed a "Park Aid Fault" warning. Ford's 2023 Bronco Owner's Manual states that a "Transmission Not In Park (P)" audible warning is supposed to sound if the vehicle is switched off before being shifted into Park and also if the driver's door is opened before the vehicle is shifted into Park. [IF TRUE: We do not recall hearing a Transmission Not In Park warning before the rollaway.] I am concerned that the vehicle remained stationary on the incline while still in Drive, creating the appearance that it was secured, but began rolling backward when the START/STOP button was pressed. I am also concerned about whether the transmission-not-in-park warning, braking/holding systems, ignition system, and related safety systems functioned as designed. The unexpected rollaway resulted in an injury and created an immediate risk of the passenger being crushed, dragged, or run over. I request that NHTSA investigate whether this vehicle's behavior and warning systems operated as designed and whether this represents a potential vehicle safety defect. - #11758618August 21, 2026SERVICE BRAKES
I contacted my Ford dealership, and they informed me that the recall is not currently showing as applicable to my VIN. Because my vehicle is experiencing similar issues, the dealership recommended that I contact Ford directly to have my vehicle and VIN reviewed. I would like to request that Ford review my vehicle to determine whether it may be affected by the same issue and whether my VIN could potentially be included in the affected vehicle population. My vehicle intermittently displays a “Check Brake System” warning, with the red brake warning light remaining illuminated. I have also experienced intermittent changes in braking, particularly when initially applying the brakes, where the brake pedal feels harder than normal and requires increased effort to slow or stop the vehicle. This is meaningful overlap between what I am experiencing and the recall description. Now I’m being told to reach back out to Ford, which I’ve done, or file a claim which is this

- #11757928August 19, 2026ENGINE, FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
Loss of power or acceleration randomly, when pressing on the pedal. A recall was issued that it was a fuel pump failure June of 2025. One year and two months later there is still no solution to this recall. I am mostly submitting this covering all bases and am filing a complaint with Ford motor company as well. This is a serious safety concern as without warning the car basically dies so turning in front of oncoming traffic or pulling out onto a road poses great risk when the vehicle may cease functioning.

The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.

- #11756704August 13, 2026SERVICE BRAKES, FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
While driving, I experienced the brakes beginning to fail, followed shortly by a complete loss of engine power. My 2021 Ford Bronco is subject to recall 25S75 (NHTSA 25V455) for a low pressure fuel pump defect that can cause loss of fuel pressure or flow and engine stall. I was stranded on the side of the interstate in 100 degree heat with my newborn in the vehicle. This was a dangerous situation, not a minor inconvenience. I had the vehicle towed to an AAA Car Care Center in Charlotte, NC, where the fuel pump failure was diagnosed. AAA could not perform a repair because the issue falls under an open safety recall. I contacted the Ford Recall Assistance Center and was told no remedy is currently available for recall 25S75. I also visited Capital Ford Charlotte, who confirmed the same, that no remedy exists yet. With the vehicle inoperable and no repair available anywhere, I paid out of pocket for private transport to move the vehicle to my home in Newnan, GA, since Ford could not confirm coverage for towing to my home dealership. As of August 12, 2026, NHTSA materials still list the remedy for 25S75 as under development. My vehicle remains inoperable with no path to repair. This is now also preventing me from selling or trading the vehicle. A dealership (Buford Toyota) declined to even appraise it because it will not run. I am filing this complaint to document that an open, unremedied safety recall directly caused a vehicle failure that endangered myself and my infant child, and continues to leave the vehicle unusable and unsellable months later.

The MIC hardtop is bubbling some at the top and has a line where it looks like perhaps it is assembled on the back panel over the top that is discolored in comparison to the rest of the top. Furthermore, the middle panel is a different color than the rest of the hardtop. It is available for complete inspection upon request. The car has not been inspected by dealer but was bought used and did not show the bubbling whenever it was purchased--but rather it has happened in the months since it was purchased. It was found when the top was removed and the bubbling was noticeable when running my hand over it. Note that it is not visible to be seen via picture, and the bubble must be felt. It cannot be seen in a photo.

I was going really slow down an easy dirt road in 4L and all of the sudden the steering wheel spun violently two full turns left in under a second on its own. This threw my right arm off the wheel where it hit the shifter with force leaving a large bruise. Steering system fault warning appeared, the tire position on the camera screen was stuck all the way left, and i could no longer disconnect my stabilizer bar. i turned the car off for 5 minutes then back on and everything was fine. If this steering glitch happened at highway speeds I could have rolled the car and dies. Luckily i was going really slow on a relatively smooth part of the trail when this occurred and it only shook me and my passengers up a little and bruised my arm. If the trail had been more steep or if there were rocks on the trail, this could have flipped my vehicle.
