Summary"Radio Over The Air Update to U29.28 Software Version Customers may experience one or more of the following: ● Blank Phone widget displayed. ● Radio freeze after reverse event (Rearview Camera (RVC) functions normally). ● Blank hybrid screen. ● Screen off at start up (RVC functions normally). ● Radio restart before sleep after switching between different USBs. ● Pop up error ""setting not saved"" occurring when attempting to enable Geolocation (Privacy Mode Off). ● Amplifier module sets Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U0485 - Implausible Data Received From Radio. ● During FOTA scheduling, if OK is not pressed to confirm time selected, vehicle will sleep. ● Apps downloaded for one connected profile are being shared with other local profiles. ● Switching profiles with slow response. ● Slow response switching between camera views. ● Black radio screen (RVC functions normally). ● Rear seat reminder alert unavailable. ● Wi-Fi software update pop-up is being triggered in non-connected vehicles. ● Switching to Android menu, display screen blinks on green color. ● Microphone inoperative during SOS call from the vehicle. This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio software will be updated from **T25.50 or T27.39** to U29.28. NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin **July 29, 2024.**"

SummaryRear Door Control Module Rear Sliding door inop or Rear windows does not function at 100%. Check DTCs in DCM and check the component they are pointing to, depending on the case follow the procedure below: If there are DTCs related with power sliding door switch, sliding door latch or handle follow the next procedure: - The sliding door should be put into manual operation mode. If the door still opens and closes manually, door modules should be reset, if the DTC's don't go stored or door/body module resets have not solved the issue, then replace the latch. If in manual operation mode the door does not open, replace the latch. In the case of window inoperation, follow the next procedure: - Check wiring between motor and Door Control module, if it is in good state, check motor, and if needed replace it. If wiring is well seated, and the motor is in good state, reset module and perform window calibration, if DTCs don't go stored or the window continue not working, replace the Door Control Module.

SummaryMODULE Steering Control Before replacing the steering column control module (SCCM), please follow these steps: 1.- Make sure all the switches' and airbag's harness are properly connected, disconnect the switches and reconnect them, and reverify the issue. 2.- Pull the SCCM fuse for 60 sec and then reinstall it. 3.- Reverify if Steering wheel switches are inoperative. If there are no DTC's, physical defects, nor switches inop, then SCCM does not need to be replaced.
