Warranty Clarification

An extended warranty covers AHRs that have deployed and cannot be reset. Leak Detection Procedure

2. Pressure Leak Down Test: Apply 21 PSI to the reservoir (High temp, Low Temp, or Battery systems) for 10 minutes. The system is designed to withstand 21 PSI, even if the cap pressure is only 5 PSI. Check for leaks during this period.
3. Soapy Water Application: If a leak is found on the bottle itself while under pressure, use soapy water to spray onto the bottle to identify the exact leak spots. Soapy water should also be applied to inlet and outlet connections (with hoses attached). IF a leak is found at the inlet or outlet joints, DO NOT DISCONNECT THE JOINT OR MANIPULATE IT.
4. Documentation: Mark the affected area with a paint marker or sharpie, especially for leaks at the reservoir seam or deformation-related defects. Take video/pictures of the leak for claim documentation.
