The contact's son owns a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The contact and her son discovered razor-thin lines across the dashboard on the front passenger’s side air bag. The contact and her son were concerned that the passenger’s side air bag might not operate as intended due to the cracks on the dashboard. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V511000 (Exterior Lighting, Seat Belts, Electrical System). The dealer determined that there were cracks in the dashboard and recommended that the dashboard be replaced. The dealer submitted photos to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer responded that the dashboard was not covered under warranty and the cracks were due to other issues. The manufacturer was notified of the failure by phone. The failure mileage was approximately 5,500.

I had my front bumper cover on my Toyota Camry repaired and it continues to pop out and I am told it's the clips for the bumper.
While driving with cruise control engaged, came up behind a truck going slower than I was so pressed the minus (-) on the steering wheel to lower the speed. Usually what happens is the speed will drop 1 MPH for each press. This time (and this is the first time I've seen this happen) instead of slowing down, the car sped up! And the speed kept climbing from 54 to 80 MPH without pause. My foot was nowhere near the accelerator pedal. It was not related to the minus presses which I did maybe 3 times during that speed up sequence. I am positive that I was pressing the (-). I was far enough behind the truck (on a slight hill) that there was no danger but the car's speed kept climbing so I stepped on the brakes which disengaged the cruise control. When I later tried to reengage it, it gave a dash display warning that it couldn't be engaged. I waited ~5 minutes and it did reengage without cycling power.
