I pay $9.99/month for 'premium connectivity' which is an acronym for "None of the features you paid for actually work unless you ALSO pay us $9.99/month for Spotify wrapped as Tesla radio that doesn't work half the days you drive it". How can you sell me a car with all these safety features, charge me to have access to them and then not give me service? I paid for features Tesla isn't capable of delivering on. The car radio keeps freezing on songs insulting me or wont play music at all. After resetting the car while driving for the 937,845,609,238,457,609,823,756,098,273,546,908,723,549,068th time the car started playing "Car Radio" a song about a guys car radio being stolen and the silence making him want to pull the steering wheel and kill himself in a car accident. Shortly after this the car radio played "Kill yourself on a Beach" on my daily trip to McDonalds because it's all I can afford while slowly going bankrupt driving this Tesla on Uber because of all the 'defects' and false advertising if you can even call it anything other than intentional punishment for whistleblowing at this point. Tampering with a witness is a 3rd degree Felony Federal Offense punishable by up to 5 years in Prison with a $5,000 fine. Photo attached. Since I received this awful vehicle it has never properly identified emergency vehicles. Sometimes it confuses neon/led signs with emergency lights and smashes on the brake for emergency vehicles that aren't there. Other times it slams on the brakes on the highway when behind an emergency vehicle and the reflective tape is lit up from my own headlights bouncing on the awfully hard and cheap suspension on this 'performance' vehicle. Lately I've captured video of the car completely failing to see a FIRE TRUCK right in front of it for at least 1 minute straight with the lights and sirens on. This is unacceptable. Tesla not only wants me and my family dead, they don't care about the lives of our brave firefighters, EMTs and police officers. Then don't care about YOU either. Shut it down this is beyond criminal! Almost everyday I have to restart the car while I'm driving because the car starts playing songs that are mean, discriminatory, or out right telling me to "Kill yourself on the beach" and "You can't sit here". While I'm driving I'm forced to restart the car to regain control of my instrument cluster which when resetting while driving you basically lose all features of the car minus steering gas and brake. The sentry mode isn't recording, the indicators aren't working, there is no speedometer or navigation, all safety features are disabled. It's the perfect time to commit a crime, no evidence except my iphone dashcam and anyone else around. I have to sometime do this with children in the car because the radio keeps cursing and I can't change the song. This car is a haunted death trap and I have entered pre-arbitration with Tesla but they have not responded. I have a lawfirm on standby that has offices in FL, CA and TX. They want my 10,000 gigabytes of EVIDENCE bad unlike NHTSA. That's because they are fascists and trying to cover this up. He also bought Twitter as part of this coverup. I talked about it in my podcast about 3 years ago that's still on YouTube. This is all premeditated torture and attempted murder. BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS, STEERING, UNKNOWN OR OTHER
Summon feature has never worked properly and has always tried to crash itself into cars next to it or drive the wrong way down the parking lot with no one inside. I have several videos of the car trying to crash itself after driving less than 4ft out of a parking spot at Walmart. Couldn't even make it 100ft to the shopping cart deposit. You cant summon and record at the same time with your phone so when it failed I switched to record. Before that car was driving itself up the sidewalk towards the entrance of the building where people were entering and exiting, thank goodness for the concrete pilons. This car is worse than a piece of garbage its an intentional death trap and liability on wheels. I feel like they're trying to murder me for reporting them. I am in fear for my life. I am still censored online and just an hour ago I had a US Government vehicle just about rear end me at 30mph+ over the speed limit. I have it on dashcam. Then they just followed me thru traffic for the next ten minutes. This is rackateering and fascism. Everyone said Hitler was a great guy and ignored all the people he was killing for personal gain. How is this any different than Tesla and the US Government in bed together passing each other tax incentives and sales contracts like its sugar free candy while silencing and trying to kill and smear whistleblowers like me. I am beyond repulsed that the NHTSA has allowed this vehicle to still be on the road driving Uber and Lyft customers around. But that's what they want, a witness like me earning less than minimum wage while his car tries to kill him and any crack head can just get in my car and shoot me in the back of the head so I can't testify. What's stopping Blackrock or Ark financial from jumping on the dark web and hiring a crackhead hitman? Wouldn't be the first time a crackhead got in my Uber and kept dropping his gun. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
This incident, which is a false forward collision warning, took place on May 10, 2023 at 8:56am ET on Route 50 at Arlington, VA: 1. I was travelling on Rt. 50 at the left lane 2. Due to morning traffic jam, I, and all the other cars, were moving way below the maximum speed limit 3. On my right, there was another car traveling below the speed line with left signal on 4. Other car didn't make make any lane changes, but its left turn signal kept blinking 5. While I was passing this car, I received a false warning from my Tesla Model Y performance model vehicle 6. Other car, didn't change lanes, it stayed in its own lane

SERVICE BRAKES
Car randomly braking at highway speeds making it dangerous for vehicles traveling behind us. Will randomly brake on a clear day - no hazardous weather or road constructions. Car will have no warning prior to aggressive braking causing confusion and anxiety to the driver and passenger(s). We thought braking was because of rolling hills but it seems to also do it on flat roads.

STEERING
I was trying to make my way into a parking lot yesterday and my car was in a complete stop and I was making sure that the spot is a right one since I was in downtown Norfolk with its parking issue. I noticed a sudden acceleration of my vehicle and I obviously became terrified and just waiting for what will happen next. Fortunately, the parking lot of empty with no passenger or vehicle to run into. I pressed the brake and the car came into a complete stop. I can only imagine what could have happened if the parking lot was not empty. I parked my car and went for my appointment. After my appointment and I drove the same car home with no issues, I am curious to understand what has happened so I started researching online whether this is a one of issue or there are others who have had similar experience. I found that there are cases describing something similar to what I had experience but the investigation blamed it on user misuse or misapplication of acceleration. I STRONGLY believe that there is more to this issue than what your previous investigation has unravelled and my concern is more about the public safety danger that this represents. What could have happened if there are people at the parking? What if this had happened in a public square? I am one of the cases that did not result in an accident but I do have responsibility to report this and ensure that this case is properly investigated. Looking forward to your update on this matter.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
On two separate trips on 5/5 and 5/7, multiple times the adaptive cruise control initiated a hard braking response for no reason. There were no cars, objects, animal, etc in front of me. Some of these incidents occurred when the road turned or there were rolling hills. However there were at lease two occasions where the road was straight and level. One of these times the hard braking incident almost caused a rear end collision with the person behind me. Additionally the lane keep assistance violently tried to over correct when the car couldn't determine where the road was during a slight turn.

While using Tesla's "traffic aware cruise control", the car rapidly slowed 3 times unexpectedly and harshly. Once going 35 mph following another car on a 2 lane road, then 2 times today while going 60 mph on a 2 lane highway. There was never any reason to slow down, and it would have caused an accident if another car had followed closely. This feature appears to be seriously malfunctioning under ideal operating conditions: during the day, not going into the sun, no glare, without rain.

Driving at 80mph with cruise control on in daylight, car suddenly for no reason braked hard, this occured 2 times hard and several other times enough to alert us while driving and take Cruise Control off by touching brake pedal Car went immidiately from 80mph to 60mph throwing us forward in our seats.

The Model Y with AutoPilot Plus and Autopark enabled lurched forward and crashed into a wall during parking. Just as important a concern is that the car never made a beep, chirp or any other indication or warning that it ever even realized it was driving into an obstacle. We are certain the collision would not have happened had Tesla not removed ultrasonic sensors from the car because the driver has driven many teslas and even owned a tesla before but all had USS sensors in them.

VISIBILITY/WIPER
Drivers side mirror glass vibrates while driving causing blurry image, and has done so since vehicle was new. Tesla service center indicated that it is working as designed. However the passenger side mirror doesn’t vibrate at all and the image is perfect. This is an active problem on my vehicle that Tesla cannot repair. Tesla needs to develop a fix for the drivers side mirror. According to various Internet discussion boards, this appears to be a common problem.

Driving in northeast Colorado on I-76 both when traveling east ( on 4/27/23) and west (on 5/1/23). Severe phantom braking with speed dropping 10-15 mph in an instant and objects in the car flying forward as a result. No specific hazards were obvious. These occurred while traveling to and from Haxtun, CO from Lakewood, CO. I am concerned that the car braking in such a severe manner could lead to a collision with vehicles behind me.

I was going to park in front of the store at the shopping mall. before I reached the parking spot car was not slowing down automatically after releasing the acceleration pedal. I decided to use the brake (which I rarely use because the car stops automatically when you release acceleration pedal) and I really don't remember how everything happened and I might accidentally step on the acceleration pedal instead of brake, but the car was not able to detect any obstacles or objects and I ended up braking heavy metal bench in front of the store and broke into the store. I ended up smashing entire front window and drove into the store as deep as 1.5 feet breaking the liquor boxes. After this heavy impact the airbags were not deployed. My concern is into two safety issue: Airbags not deploying and car safety sensors not functioning.

WHEELS
Took delivery for a brand new Tesla Model Y LR 2023 on Apr 20 2023. Wheel alignment issues since the day took delivery. Opened a service request on April 24th to fix the issues. 1st appointment scheduled for May 1. Technician offset the steering wheel to fix the issue. Did not help. Rescheduled again for 2nd service on May 4th. The service technician rechecked the wheel alignment and offset the steering wheel by -1.2. Did not help and the vehicle continues to drift to the right. I need to keep applying force to the steering wheel to bring it back to the road. Tesla is not able to fix the issues and says that its within the range. I have tried other Tesla vehicles and I did not see the issue. Infact in none of the test drive cars I drover before ordering Telsa had these issues. The loaner Tesla offered me while my Model Y was being fixed had that issue. Wheel alignment is a very basic issue and if Tesla is unable to fix this, then I am suspecting there is a bigger issue with the car and are neither unable to verify nor fix the issue. They are unable to replace the car as well and are not offering any options other than saying nothing can be done.

LANE DEPARTURE: WARNING
The Lane Departure Avoidance system fails to trigger consistently when crossing over the lane markings. In the rare instances when the system does trigger, neither of the 2 available modes: steering correction or alert, give a significant enough input to be made aware or correct the problem. Another issue is when the Lane Departure Avoidance system is triggered for an extended amount of time (~10s-ish or more when driving near the lane markings), the system is completely disabled for the powercycle of the car. Thus, this system is not just unreliable and useless when it does work, but also completely disabled after driving near the edge of the road for a little while without any way to re-enable it. Tesla service responded that they won't fix or correct this problem. There are no system failure notices displayed by the car. Vehicle has not been inspect by manufacturer or other.
