Please investigate HVAC to firewall connection between the fresh/recirculation housing and the firewall. Identify any obstructions that could be causing a gap. Loosen HVAC housing and retorque and/or install additional packing 68396044A$ at the air inlet housing to the firewall to eliminate any potential gap. Engine stalls during a gear engagement after a cold start.
