SummarySome customers may complain about a rattle or vibration noise coming from front map light surroundings when driving on a rough road. This may be caused by the bracket for the map light. Due to heat or vibrations, the fastener fixing the front map light to the bracket may deform, making the joint loose. In such case, when the vehicle bounces, the bracket may oscillate and produce a rattling noise. To eliminate that concern, non-woven fabric will be attached to the headliner.1. Front map light 2. SummarySome customers may complain that the driverâs side outer mirror glass vibrates when driving at high speeds at approximately 60 mph (100 km/hour ) or more on bumpy roads such as road joints, coarse-grained paved roads or rough roads. This is caused by insufficient hardness of the adhesive tape between the outer mirror glass holder and the mirror glass. To eliminate this concern, the material of the adhesive tape between the outer mirror glass holder and the mirror glass has been improved and the tape location has been modified.

SummarySome vehicles may exhibit a loud vibration noise when the electric A/C compressor is operating. Due to processing variation of the counter-balance bushing (a weight to balance eccentric rotation) installed in the electric compressor, some of the bushing strongly interferes with the shaft, resulting in the humming noise. To eliminate this concern, the machining accuracy of the counter-balance bushing has been improved.

SummaryThe 7G large platform utilizes a new 8-speed automatic transmission. Due to changes in the parking lock mechanism, which is now hydraulically operated, the neutral range in the transmission can only be achieved if the engine is running (or âReady-Onâ for PHEV). With this design, there is no provision to manually engage neutral. This can cause challenges to dealers, customers, or towing providers when a vehicle cannot start and can't move, usually due to a discharged (dead) battery. In the event that a vehicle cannot be started or achieve âready-onâ, wheel dollies must be used to allow the vehicle to be rolled and moved. NOTE: The following procedure is for moving vehicle around the service shop and not for towing purposes. Please reference the owner's manual for towing instructions.
