Diagnosis and Qualification Criteria

Honda is specifically interested in vehicles that meet the following criteria to qualify for their data collection program:

• Civic Models: The vehicle's manufactured date, found on the driver's door jamb, must be AFTER November 2021.
• Accord & Odyssey Models: The vehicle's manufactured date on the driver's door jamb must be AFTER January 2022.
• The rearview mirror bracket MUST be loose or detached. Dealerships are required to capture one photo of the loose or detached rearview mirror condition.
• Cracks or chips on the windshield are acceptable, provided the rearview mirror bracket itself is loose or detached.
• Previous replacement of the windshield is accepted only if a Honda genuine part was used for the replacement.
• The vehicle must not have been involved in a collision.
• No repair attempt for this specific issue should have been made during the current service visit.
