The primary symptoms Honda is investigating include the "center display flickering", "flashing", or becoming "frozen". It's important to note that the "frozen screen" condition is specifically being investigated for Civic and CR-V models only.

Important Warnings for Owners and Technicians

Honda has provided specific criteria and warnings for both owners and dealership personnel regarding this information collection:

• Do not attempt repairs: Honda explicitly states that they wish to collect information from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
• Display condition: The display must NOT be blank or black. Issues where the screen is completely dark do not qualify for this specific investigation.
• Vehicle trim exclusion: For Civic and CR-V models, LX trim vehicles are excluded from this information collection.
