Manufacturer's Remedy

All tires subject to this Audi Continental tire recall will be replaced free of charge. The repair became available on September 13, 2024. The repair process involves inspecting all four tires on the affected vehicle. If any tire requires replacement, the ordering will be handled through the dealer's tire vendor, distributor, or a representative of the tire manufacturer.

Dealers are instructed to consult ELSA and the Service References tool in Elsa2Go for complete repair and claiming instructions. They are also required to check daily campaign open inventory reports or OMD for affected vehicles in inventory.

Important Warnings
